Development Of Smashanbhumi At Devdithan

Excavation for foundation in earth,soil of types,sand gravel and murum,including removing the excavated material up to a distance of 50m beyond the building area & stacking and spreading as directed, dewatering, prearing the bed for the foundation and necessary backfilling,remming including shoring and strutting etc.

Providing dry trap/ granite/ quartzite/ gneiss rubble stone soiling 15 cm to 20 cm thick including hand packing and compacting complete.

Providing and laying situ C.C. 1:3:6 of trap / granite / quartzite / gneiss metal for foundation and bedding including bailing out water manually, formwork, compacting, covering newly laid concrete by gunny bag, plastic or tarpalulin, curing etc. complete. (Wooden planks/shuffering will not be allowed)

Providing and laying in situ cement concrete of M-20 grade of trap / granite/quartzite/gneiss metal for R.C.C. work like raft, grillages, strips, foundations and footings of R.C.C.columns and steel stanchions including bailing-out water manually, including centering formwork of plywood / steel, compaction, covering newly laid concrete by gunny bag, plastic or tarpaulin, finishing the formed surface with cement morter 1:3 of sufficient minimum thickness to give a smooth and even surface or roughening if special finish is to be provided and curing etc complete. (Excluding reinforcement) The cement mortar 1:3 plaster is considered for rendering uneven and honeycombed surface only. (Wooden planks / shuttering will not be allowed)

Providing and casting in situ cement concrete of M-20 grade of trap granite / quartzite / gneiss metal for R.C.C. columns as per detailed designs and drawings or as directed including plastic cover block of required size at 1.5 metre near C/C near the edge of each side and at the center when the width is more than 75cm to reinforcement to give a clear cover of 40mm to 65mm from all sides in R.C.C. columns centering, formwork of plywood / steel, compaction, covering newly laid concrete by gunny bag, plastic or tarpaulin, finishing the formed surface with cement mortar 1:3 of sufficient minimum thickness to give a smooth and even surface or roughening if special finish is to be provided and curing etc. complete. Providing and fixing in position TMT FE-500 steel bar reinforcement of various diameters for R.C.C. pile caps, footings, foundations, slabs, beams columns, canopies, staircase, newels, chajjas, lintels pardis, copings, fins, arches etc. as per detailed designs, drawings and schedules including cutting, bending, hooking the bars, binding with wires or tack welding and supporting as required complete.

Filling in plinth and floors with contractor's material approved by Engineer-in-charge in 15 centimeters to 20 centimeters layers including watering and compaction complete.

Providing structural steel work in hollow section of various thickness and sizes in square, rectanular and round shape from 25mm to 450mm section as per IS 4923 YST 310 Grade produced from iron ore and blast furnace route etc. as per detailed designs and drawing or as directed including cutting, fabricating, hoisting, erecting, fixing in position, making riveted/bolted/ welded connections and painting complete.

Providing and fixing corrugated galvanised iron sheets of 0.63mm thickness (24 B.W.G.) for roofing with wind ties including fastening with galvanised iron screw and bolts and lead and bitumen washers as per drawing complete.
