Providing and laying fibre glass mesh based water proofing coating on china mosaic treated RCC roof slab with 5 years guarantee against leakage and includes.(a) Minor repairs to cement plaster/ concrete etc. (b) Cleaining of roof/ parapet surface with wire brushes so the surface be free from dust oil, grease and loose particles. (c) Sealing of all visible cracks with crack filler (acrylic emulsion polymer with silicon) compuond, after widening of cracks as per manufacture's specification. (d) Applying acryilc emulsion polymen water proofing chemical coating and laying of 45 GSM fibre glass mesh perpendicular to the roof slope with minimum overlap of 100mm. (e) Applying acrylic emulsion polymen water proofing chemical coating and laying of 45 GSM fibre glass mesh parallel to the roof slope with minimum overlap of 100 mm (f) Applying white colour modified acrylic emusion polymer water proofing compound having solar heat reduction and water repallant properties compelete in all respect with cost of labour, material T&P, leads & with and disposal of rubbish if any upto 2KM lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
