Replacement of Marble flooring in Chintpurni Bazar.

Demolition of marble flooring and pre-cast concrete work below ground level including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of un-serviceable materials upto all leads and lifts i/c chiesling etc with manual and mechanical means as per the direction of the Engineer -in- Charge, and other incidentals. The rate is including of octroi, royality, Malkana, tool tax, GST or other taxes as imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing form work of timber plankings so as to give a rough finish including centring shuttering strutting and propping etc. and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 (four) meters and removal of the same for cast insitu reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like included attached pillasters, buttresses plinth and string courses and the like as per direction of the Engineer-in- Charge., including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including of octroi , royality, Malkana,tool tax , GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying Cement concrete 1:3:6 ( I cemet : 3 Sand: 6 Graded Crushed Stone agregate 20mm normal size and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in walls including attached buttresses, pilasters and their caps and bases string courses etcetra upto floor two level as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.The rate is including of octroi, royalti, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 Sand : 4 Graded Crushed Stone aggregate 20mm normal size) 50mm to 100mm thick in floor i/c finishing smooth in level and to required camber or slope for leveling of floor in bazar.The rate is including of octroi, royalti, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Excavation in earth work in foundations and disposal of all excavated earth up to all leads and lifts, disposed earth to be levelled and neaty dressed in pick and jumper work as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge, including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing PVC Pipes( D- plast) or its equivalent vectus/ Finolex etc. 150 mm ø of working pressure 4 kg/cm² or above for drain water in trenches i/c fixing with adhesive complete in all respect. i/c carrigae of all material and other incidentals complete.

10mm thick cement plaster in single coat on fair sides of concrete walls for internal plastering up to floor two level in cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 Sand) and finished with floating coat of neat cement slurry i/c carrigae of all material and other incidentals complete.

Steel work welded in built up sections,trusses and framed work i/c cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead primer of approved brand ad manufactures. As per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and laying marble work table rubbed and polished in flooring on 20mm thick base of cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement :3 Sand) including jointing with cement mortar 1:2 (1 White cement :2 Marble dust) with an admixture of pigment to match the shade of marble 18mm to 20mm thick of approved sample as directed by the Engineer - in- Charge i/c carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes as imposed by the Government.The sample of marble can be seen in the office of the Assistant Engineer Temple before tendering and after that at the time of execution same sample marble is to be brought to site.

Painting 2-Coat on new steel work and metal surfaces with enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture brushing to give an even shade i/c cleaning the surfaces of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter. On steel surface steps, chambers etc. as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and Laying granite stone in flooring 20mm coverage thickness base of cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 Sand) laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of granite stone i/c rubbiing and polishing complete in all respect 20mm thick granite stone. The rates are including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes as imposed by the Government.The sample of marble can be seen in the office of the Assistant Engineer Temple before tendering and after that at the time of execution same sample granite is to be brought to site.
