Complete rewinding/repairs to the foot mounted motor of capacity 7.5H.P/5.5 kw, 3 phase 50 hz, 4 pole 960 rmp pertaining to washing machine no 2 by way of replacing damaged copper wiring of suitable gauge copper wiring as per existing pitch of modular OT . The job includes p/f of lathoroid sheets,bamboo sticks, varnishing compound and other consumable items required for carrying out such job . the job also includes disconnecting of the motor from the foundation and shifting it to the workshop by mechanical transport for rewinding and after carrying the necessary repairs and shifting it back to the site and installing the same, the job further includes restraightning of stator slots etc, the job also includes checking the performanceof the same on full load and idle load(the firm has to quote less by scrap value of the damaged copper wiring.). the job includes providing of skilled labour, tools and tackles to complete the whole job

Providing and fitting of 6 inch 3 grooves pulley by way of dismantling of old and damaged pulley from the motor shaft and refitting of new. The dismantling job includes removing the old and damaged pulley with the help of hydraulic press after heating it to required temp.the job also includes providing of skilled labour tools and tackles to complete the whole job.

Providing and fitting of ball bearing as per sample by way of dismantling the old and damaged bearing from the assembly and fitting of new one . The job includes reseating of the bearing seat for placing the new bearing after necesaary resurfacing. The job furher includes providing of skilled labour, tools and tackles to complete the whole job.
