Fabrication of metallic street light pole of following length made out of 100 mm & 40 mm dia G.I.pipes (medium class) with suitable reducer for fixing street light fitting including fixing sintex box of inside dimension 155 mm x 155 mm x 100 mm (Model No : GSJB 1616), containing 1 No. SP 6A MCB , cutting, bending, drilling & welding charges, painted with approved colour including interconnection with FRLS PVC insulated copper cable 1.5 sq.mm etc as per the instruction of E-in-C.

Fabrication of metallic pole of 6 metre length made out of 100 mm dia G.I. Pipe (meduim class) welded with base plate (GI) of size 200 x 200 x 12 mm (minimum) along with suitable bracket of length 3 mtr made up of ISA of size 50 x 50 x 6 mm (GI) clamped on G.I.pipe with 40 x 3 mm (minimum) thick GI flat clamp with nuts & bolts for mounting 4 nos LED Flood light including supplying of 4 nos of 20 mm dia, 600 mm long foundation bolt (GI), painted with primer and paint of approved paint etc as per the instruction of E-in-C.

Fabrication of metallic pole of 6 metre length made out of 100 mm dia G.I. Pipe (meduim class) welded with base plate (GI) of size 200 x 200 x 12 mm (minimum) along with suitable bracket of length 1 mtr made up of ISA of size 50 x 50 x 6 mm (GI) clamped on G.I.pipe with 40 x 3 mm (minimum) thick GI flat clamp with nuts & bolts for mounting 2 nos LED Flood light including supplying of 4 nos of 20 mm dia, 600 mm long foundation bolt (GI), painted with primer and paint of approved paint etc as per the instruction of E-in-C.

Fabrication and erection of metallic pole 2.5 mtr length made out of 65 mm dia G.I pipe (meduim class) suitable for mounting Post top fitting including its interconnection with 1.5 sqmm FRLS PVC insulated copper cable ,cement concrete foundation for pole including excavation and refilling etc painted with primer and paint etc as per the instruction of E-in-C.

Supplying and laying of 80 mm GI pipe (Medium class).

Supplying and laying of 100 mm GI pipe (Medium class).

Providing and fixing 3 nos of 415V, 63 Amps Kit-kat rewireable (Porcelain Fuse carrier & Base) and 3 nos of 63 Amps SPN MCB mounted in din rail in existing feeder box including drilling holes in feeder box, making connections, etc. as required.

Fabrication, Testing & Commissioning of Junction box suitable for mounting on 100 mm dia GI pole along with clamp having single side door opening with locking arrangement and having canopy on top. Junction box shall be made up of 1.6 mm thick colled rolled sheet steel of size 0.3 m x 0.3 m x 0.15 m (minimum) mounted on frame made out required angle. Junction box shall have 0.1 mtr long, 4 nos 25x3 mm (minimum) aluminium bus bar and 4 nos of MCB mounted on Din rail (including its supply) and should have provision for cable entry from bottom. Junction box shall be painted with 1 coat of primer and 2 coats of finishing water proof paint of approved colour etc as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supplying and drawing of 3 core x 1.5 sq.mm copper conductor cable in the existing surface/ recessed PVC conduit / G.I Pipe/DWC Pipe etc as required.

CIVIL ITEM Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.
