Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables, etc including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, depth upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m :

Extra rates for quantities of Earth work in excavation executed: (Note- The extra percentage rate is applicable in respect of each item but limited to quantities of work executed in these difficult conditions. The unit, namely, metre depth, to be considered for payment, shall be the depth measured from the sub soil water level up to the centre of gravity of the qty executed in difficult conditions. The depth shall be reckoned correct to 0.10 m, 0.05 m or more shall be taken as 0.10 m and less than 0.05 m ignored.

Dechocking and flushing of sewer line from one manhole to another by high pressure jetting system of 2200 PSI for sewer line from 150mm dia upto 300mm
Dewatering sewage water entering in excavated trenches of manholes/pipe lines with 1HP submersible sewage pump and HDPE/PVC hose pipe up to 50m for discharge of sewage water to nearby municipal drain ( rate shall be quoted for hire, carriage & operation charges of pump & hose pipe)
Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :
1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).
Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m.
Providing and laying under ground low density foamed cellular wall PVC pipes and collars conforming to IS:16098 (PART-1) including fixing pipe ends with solvent based cement adhesive in proper alignment complete as directed. (Note: The joint shall be tested for leakage before covering with infill material over the pipes)

Providing and fixing in position Fibre Reinforced Polymer (FRP) cover LD class- 2.50T (THERMODRAIN /NEXGEN or equivinalent) with matching frame including fixing with nails/screws, removing existing damaged frame and disposal of the same complete as directed by E-I-C.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Extra for providing and mixing water proofing material in cement plaster work in proportion recommended by the manufacturers.

Providing and applying a polymer modified cementitious coat (Nitocote CM210 of FOSROC or equivalent product approved for use in contact with potable water) in water tank on the concrete wall/base with roller /trowel to form impermeable coat for resisting negative /positive water pressure and bridging of fine cracks including throughly cleaning & washing the substrate before application, mixing the cementitious powder and polymer liquid in a proportion specified by manufacturer
Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls with mixture of Rapid setting cement based, water leak plugging mortar (Renderoc plug of FOSROC or equivalent) and 25% fine grade M-Sand by volume complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
