Dismantling of compressor of central AC plant complete with connected copper pipe line and loading unloading mechanism & pump down the existing refrigerant in separate cylinder, disconnecting of electric motor of compressor, refrigerant line, gauges pipe and carry out the over hauling of compressor, compressor model:- 05018, Make:- Voltas (R-22) and capacity of plant:- 15 TR including replacement of springs, aluminium washer packing, screw, lath work, cleaning detergent, cotton waste, compressor oil etc and cleaning the suction filter, oil filter, replacing the defective parts compete system for safe guard the gas with self pumping down system or with total recovery unit system and (i) Charging of nitrogen Gas in unit & complete system at 300 psi pressure and checking of any dropping of pressure / leakage up to 72 Hrs after replacement of compressor & rectification of leakage if any. (ii) Vaccumisation of complete system for minimum 2 days for dropping of vacuum pressure & rectification of leakage if any. (iii) Charging of complete system with R - 22 gas for maintaining the system pressure up to HP - 175 psi & LP - 65 psi. (iv) Measure the inlet and outdoor temperature of Chiller unit for performance checking and maintaining temp. as per require site. (v) Testing & commissioning of compressor after completion. Note:- (a) Spares of compressor shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this schedule. (b) Any other minor items required for overhauling except described here -in - after shall be supplied by the contractor with out any extra cost to the deptt and the rates for the same shall deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

The Quoted rates inclusive all and no extra co host admissible in this regard Note 03 : contractor shall arrange necessary vehicle from factory inspection by AGE E/M and JE E/M for this dismentalized AC parts and after completing of overhauling. So for two times during for overhauling of complete engine in workshop vehicle will arrange and rate of that inclusive in quoted rate. Note 04: contractor shall make necessary arrangement of testing of the engine 100% load condition and testing can be carried out 06 hours period. Gas, Compressor oil and other minor items required, if any for making it functioning shall be responsibility of contractor and rate quoted by contractor shall deemed to be inclusive of this factor.

S&F in repair, installation, testing and commissioning of 15 TR capacity DX Type chiller unit complete with connected condensing unit, control Panel, expansion valve, scroll compressors and connected accessories, piping s and wiring. The unit shall be charged with refrigerant gas R407 and fixing on base frame supplied by OEM and fixed on anti vibration pad. Contractor shall be responsible to brazing necessary suction & discharge copper piping as per OEM recommendation up to connecting to existing main header of suction and discharge line (Make Blue star Model N0-05018 Scroll type or Equivalent model of in Carrier, Voltas) with following specifications:- (a) Nominal dimensions of L:W:H = 1350:600:1194 (in mm) (b)Weight/unit-500 kg (c) Hermetiv compresser (scroll type). (d) Power supply(Total power consumption)-11.4 KW (e) condenser shell and tube type (f) water flow rate Min-35 USGPM & Max-49 USGPM , (g) water connection in and out size-1-1/4", (h) Refrigerant connections - 01 nos (j) Liquid line-5/8" (k) suction line-1-3/8". Note:- (i) Charging of nitrogen Gas in unit & complete system at 300 psi pressure and checking of any dropping of pressure / leakage up to 72 Hrs after replacement of compressor & rectification of leakage if any. (ii) Vaccumisation of complete system for minimum 2 days for dropping of vacuum pressure & rectification of leakage if any.(iii) Charging of complete system with R - 22 gas for maintaining the system pressure up to HP - 175 psi & LP - 65 psi.... Dismentaling of existing Dx type central AC plant Make- Voltas ,15 TR Cap with necessery pump down of complete system in empty cylinder with recovery unit cutting of liquid & gas copper tubing of existing chiller unit with disconnecting of electrical connection & control wiring with necessory T&P & skill manpower and loading and transporting to MES site and unloading inside MES store for safe custody all as per specified & directed. Note:- Old taking down complete system of 15TR shall be deposited to MES store yard from existing location .The rate include necessary transportation & Manpower to dismantling and transporting the unit.

Supplying, fabricating, installing and testing of sheet metal ducts of following thicknesses including necessary supports, flexible hangers with isolators, nut bolts, gasket, splitter dampers and vanes, volume control dampers etc. complete as per specification in accordance with the approved shop drawings and as required complete all as specified and as directed: -
