The bidder should have valid PWD registration until the date of completion of work, if the work is awarded.
The Bidder should submit relevant document certifying his/her status as CAT-II(A) issued by revenue department with RD number and same will only be considered by this office (will be checked in the website www. Nadakacheri.karnataka.gov.in).
The bidder should submit the certificate indicating the domicile of the State of Karnataka for more than 10 years issued by revenue department with RD number and same will only be considered by this office (will be checked in the website www. Nadakacheri. Karnataka.gov.in).
The Bidder should submit valid IT PAN card & Latest Indian Income Tax return verification form.
The Bidder should submit valid GST registration Certificate
Audited financial statement for the last five years 2021-22 to 2025-26 duly signed by the Charted Accountant (with UDIN) should be uploaded.
The Bidder should submit the EPF registration certificate issued from the competent authority.
Bidder should submit the ESI registration certificate issued from the competent authority
The bidder has to upload the bid form enclosed in this tender duly filling all details
No Deviation certificate available in the tender documents should be filled and uploaded.
Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by any state Government/Government of India/Union Territory. Self-declaration statement shall be uploaded
Existing commitments and ongoing works as on the date of this tender in the prescribed proforma in section -3 of KW-1 Form (Clause1.4 (A)). The contractor should enclose/ attach/upload all necessary certificates duly attested by the employer not below the rank of Executive Engineer for details in column No(7)of the table
