Design, manufacture, supply, foundation,installation, testing,commissioning, and proving out of Fully Automatic Coach Washing Plant along with Water softening plant, Reverse Osmosis (RO) plantnand Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) cum Water Recycling Plant, on turnkeynbasis inclusive of civil work and Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract for five years after initial two years of warranty period from the date ofbcommissioning. ALONG CONCOMITANT ACCESSORIES AS PER SPECIFICATION ATTACHED.

The tenderer shall provide satisfactory evidence, acceptable to the purchaser to show that he is a regular manufacturer and has adequate plant and manufacturing capacity and a Quality Assurance Program. Information as per Annexure-H of Section C may please be furnished. The manufacturer shall have valid ISO-9001 certificate on the original date of closing of tender and a copy of same should be submitted along with the bid. The tendered machine/akin to tendered machine should be in the scope of ISO certificate

(1) (a) The bidder must have supplied 01(one) Automatic Coach Washing Cleaning plant in the last 10 years under contracts with COFMOW, Zonal Railway, Production Units, Government departments, or Public sector undertakings.Bidders must mandatorily upload the contract copy along with proof of successful supply, such as a Consignee Receipt and Acceptance Certificate(CRAC), Receipt Note,Commissioning Report etc. At least 01(one) of these plants must have a performance certificate demonstrating satisfactory operation for a minimum of 1(one) year from the commissioning date.OR (b) The bidder must have supplied 25(twenty five) Road vehicle (car/ bus/truck) washing plants/machines (using brushes for automatic cleaning) supplied in last 05 years under contracts with COFMOW, Zonal Railway, Production Units,Government departments, or Public sector undertakings.Bidders must mandatorily upload the contract copy along with proof of successful supply, such as a Consignee Receipt and Acceptance Certificate (CRAC), Receipt Note,Commissioning Report etc. At least 05(five) of these plants must have a performance certificate demonstrating satisfactory operation for a minimum of 01(one) year from the commissioning date. (2)Performance certificate must be no more than 01(one) year old at the time of the tender closing and should be issued by the actual end user of the machine.

Parawise compliance to the attached technical specification to be submitted along with bid/offer failing which offer of the firm will be summarily rejected.

The Tenderer, other than OEM, to submit tender specific authorization letter from OEM along with the offer failing which their offer of the firm will be summarily rejected.

List of past supplies made in last 10 years (to be reckoned from the original date of closing of bid) along with purchasers name and address, purchase order number & date, quantity supplied, date of supply and commissioning should be submitted along with the offer.

Have you quoted Mode of dispatch on FOR destination basis for free delivery at destination with rate structure clearly indicating the basic rate, GST and freight etc, up to destination [consignees premises].

Additional ITC benefits or set offs after the date of tenderers offer- The tenderers further agree to pass on such additional duties and set off as may become available in future in respect of all the inputs used for the manufacture of the final product on the date of the supply under GST scheme by way of reduction in price and advise the purchaser accordingly.

The tenderers should not merely quote Entry Tax or Toll Tax etc. extra, as the rates quoted without specific rates will not be considered, and if the same becomes applicable, the same have to be borne by the suppliers. Therefore, if the tenderers desire to claim such charges, they should quote specific rate of tax or duty.

The bidder confirms that Rates and other financial terms quoted in relevant columns of financial bid will only be ruling terms for acceptance, and such terms quoted anywhere else should be ignored. [Denial of this condition not recommended]

Firm to indicate make-model-brand offered if any.

1. The offers shall be evaluated based on the GST rate as quoted by each bidder and same will be used for determining the inter se ranking. While submitting offer, it shall be the responsibility of the bidder to ensure that they quote correct GST rate and HSN Number. 2. Purchaser shall not be responsible for any misclassification of HSN number or incorrect GST rate if quoted by the bidder. 3. Whenever the successful bidder invoices the goods at GST rate or HSN number which is different from that incorporated in the purchase order; payment shall be made as per GST rate which is lower of the GST rate incorporated in the purchase order or billed. 4. Vendor is informed that she/he would be required to adjust her/his basic price to the extent required by higher tax billed as per invoice to match the GST condition.

MAKE IN INDIA POLICY : Item is reserved for purchase from MII policy compliant firms. All terms and conditions will be as per clause 29.0 of attached tender booklet.

Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) : Tenderers are required to deposit Earnest Money online only through IREPS equivalent to the amount as mentioned in the tender schedule (Rs. 424000/-). refer para 5.0 of attached tender booklet.
