Earth work excavation for foundation in all classes of soils and sub soil to full depth except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring strutting if required for the sides of foundation.

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40 mm HBG metal for foundaion including watering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick. Compacting etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.

Random Rubble Masonry in CM1:5 mix using rough stone and bond stone including all cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc.,

Brick work in CM1:5 mix using Country bricks including all cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc.,

Plastering with C.M 1:5 mix 12 mm thick including all cost and conveyance and all charges etc.,

Exterior Emulsion painting two coats with best approved quality and colour paint over one coat of Base coat including cost and convyance of all materials to work site and labour charges etc., complete.

Supply and delivery of 1.5HP submersible motor pump set with duty condition of 15lpm against 100m head
