SUB-HEAD-I (E.I WORK AND SUPPLY & LAYING OF CABLE)

Supply, delivery of floor mounting cubicle compartmentalized 415 volt. 50Hz. Dust & moisture proof L.T distribution panel board fabricated from 16 SWG CRCA sheet for main L.T panel. The panel should have adequate strength and space to accommodate the incoming switches bus bars with all interconnection in between the switches & bus bars with solid copper rod/flexible wire of suitable capacity. The incoming terminals of SFU should be provided with extra copper bar of suitable capacity for smooth termination of double feeders. The panel board should be painted by powder coated paint and the lay out diagram of panel board should be approved by EIC before manufacturing. The panel board should comprise with the followings gadgets :-

Incomer i) S/F of 415 Volts 250-630A Microprocessor based MCCB --1No. (Make: L&T / ABB (Elegance) / Siemens / Schneider). Bus bar chamber :- ii) do-do 800 Amp capacity 99.9% - 99.5% electrolytic tinned copper 4 bar bus bar of suitable dimension mounted on non-hygroscopic porcelain insulator / hylam sheet having sufficient di-electric strength duly wrapped with colour PVC tapes (Red, yellow, blue & black) for phases & neutral identification & all connection made with required size cu wires------1set.

Outgoing i)S/F of 415V, 400A Microprocessor based MCCB castle locking arrangement between two outgoings ---2nos (Make: L&T / ABB (Elegance) / Siemens / Schneider).-

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning CPRI approved cubical type panel board with separate compartmentalized floor mounted, indoor type dust and vermin proof powder coated panel board, suitable for 415V 3phase, 4wire,50Hz, A.C supply of suitable size made out of 14 SWG (2mm.) thick CRCA/M.S. sheet wih angle (50X50X6 mm) , flat ( 50 X 6 mm) structure with individually hinged capsule door for all compartment with lock ,providing ventilation arrangement & free standing from floor mounting . The control panel should have suitable cable entry from bottom of back through detachable gland plate (100mm.x40mm.x4mm.) thick M.S. channel to access sufficient no of incoming & outgoing cable Incl. suitable size G.I. net guard with key & locking arrengement with interconnection with adequate size cu. wire, copper bar, cu link, cable connector etc. along with necy. nuts, bolts, clamps, grouting bolts incl. providing and fixing the following accessories etc. complete as required. (Make: L&T / ABB (Elegance) / Siemens / Schneider) Incoming:- a) S & F 415A, 415V TPN Switch disconnector fuse unit open execution type with 3 Nos din type HRC fuse link--1 nos. Busbar :- S & F 415 V, 600 A current carrying capacity electrolytic grade tinned copper BBC of size having bus bar dimension of (4 x (2 x 40 mm x 5mm)) will be fixed on FRP Chair & the entire bars are insulated with PVC heat sinkable sleeves with suitable size & colour as per.

Outgoing Switch Fuse Unit: a) S & F 415V, 315A TPN Switch disconnector fuse unit open execution type with 3 Nos din type HRC fuse link--1 nos. b) S & F 415V, 63A TPN Switch disconnector fuse unit open execution type with 3 Nos din type HRC fuse link--3 nos.

Design, Engineering, maufacture, Supply, erection and commissioning of CPRI approved furnace Control Panel (Cubical panel) complete with all necessary switches, contactors, Instruments, indicating Lamp etc. The furnace Control Panel will be floor mounting, self supporting indoor type, dust & vermin proof Louver arrangement and fabrication from sheet metal work of 2.5 thick M.S. Sheet. The top, bottom and the rear door (where the instrument will be mounted) will be made from 3.15 mm thick M.S. Sheet. The approximate dimension of the panel will be 2250 mm(H)X1200(W)X1000mm(D). The panel will be painted two coats of red oxide as primer and final by synthetic light grey shade as per IS: 631 and comprising the followings:- Incoming: i) S & F of 415V, 315A TPN switch fuse unit open execution type incl. 3nos. Din type HRC fuse (Make: L&T / ABB (Elegance) / Siemens / Schneider).--- 1No. Bus Bar Arrangement: S & F 415V,415A current carrying capacity electrolytic grade tinned copper BBC (4 x 50mm x 5mm) in size for neutral & phases. Supply & fixing of 415V sheet steel enclosure 63A TPN fuse switch unit on angle iron frame grouted on wall incl. 3nos. HRC type din fuse at basement level for local control the furnace heater group as per direction of EIC (Make: L&T / ABB (Elegance) / Siemens / Schneider)

Supplying and fixing 415V, 250A TPN SFU with sheet steel enclosure on angle iron frame on wall with nuts bolts etc incl. S & F 3 nos. DIN type HRC fuse as per rating. Incl. 2 nos cable end box. (Make: L&T / ABB (Elegance) / Siemens / Schneider)

S & Fixing of Manual operated Butterfly Valve for control of Fresh Air injection system from Buffer Tank.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Fresh Air injection system including Forced Draft fan with 440V, 50 Hz, 1hp motor, Mild Steel ducting, butter fly valve etc. complete with set.

Supply & fixing the Thermocouple of heat sensing range 0 to 1200 degree celcious having (Cr.- Al) sensor housed in S.S 304 casing of dimension 1200 mm long x 22 mm OD complete encased to be and fitted terminal on other and for connection of Compensating wire of 2 cores 0.5 sq. mm. CR-AL for heat sensing from thermocouple to Temperature controller covered with asbestos embedded rope about 50 m length as per direction of EIC.

Supply & Fixing of 300x50x1.25mm (18SWG) perforated GI cable tray with perforation not more than 17.5% suspended from ceiling incl. S&F GI connector, 6mm dia MS suspender, bolts & nuts, steel fastener etc. as required of the following size. Incl. Al painting of 25x25x3mm MS angle iron support.

Supply & laying of 1.1 KV grade 4 core 185 sq. mm. XLPE (AL) armoured cable from main L.T. panel to furnace control panel through cable trench/wall surface including S&F M.S saddles with earthing attachment in 2 nos 10 SWG G.I. wire making holes etc. as necessary mending good damages and painting as per direction of EIC. (Make- Finolex / Havell’s / Ploycab / RR / KEI / Gloster).

Supply & laying of 1.1 KV grade 4 core 185 sq. mm. XLPE (AL) armoured cable on existing Cable Tray and binding with suitable size GI wire. (Make- Finolex / Havell’s / Ploycab / RR / KEI / Gloster).

supply & Laying of 1.1kv grade 3core 10 sqmm XLPE (AL) armoured cable on existing covered masonry trench incl. taking out RC covers, setting them in order, mending good the damages filling the trench with fine dry sand incl. supplying sand. (Make- Finolex / Havell’s / Ploycab / RR / KEI / Gloster). (for recirculation pump and fresh air motor)

supply & Laying of 1.1kv grade 3core 16 sqmm XLPE (AL) armoured cable on existing covered masonry trench incl. taking out RC covers, setting them in order, mending good the damages filling the trench with fine dry sand incl. supplying sand. (Make- Finolex / Havell’s / Ploycab / RR / KEI / Gloster). (for blower motor)

supply & Laying of 1.1kv grade 4 core 16 sqmm XLPE (AL) armoured cable on wall/surface incl. S & F MS saddles with earthing attachment in 10 SWG GI (Hot Dip) Wire, making holes etc. as necy. mending good damages and painting (Make- Finolex / Havell’s / Ploycab / RR / KEI / Gloster) (for compound lighting)

Supply & laying of 1.1KV grade 3 core 50 sq. mm. HR PVC (AL) armoured cable from furnace control panel to furnace (at basement) in trench/wall surface/cable tray including S&F M.S saddles with earthing attachement in 1 no. 10 SWG G.I. wire making holes etc. as necessary mending good damages and painting as per direction of EIC. (Make- Finolex / Havell’s / Ploycab / RR / KEI / Gloster).

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of following sizes XLPE/PVC armoured cables

a) 4 core 185 sq. mm.

Finishing the end of following XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials.

Supply & fixing the heating element of capacity 4.5KW each for primary and secondary chamber to be working in supply voltage of 240V,50Hz made from 80/20 Ni-chrome wire of 8 SWG in coiled coil from welded S.S. studs on both ends. The coil should be inserted into the groove of existing coil brick and the S.S. studs housed into the ceramic collar tube wrapped with asbestos rope for light fitting including terminal connector of S.S. make with 8 SWG Copper (HDBC) with Insulated porcelain bids as per direction of EIC.

Electrical connections of all ancillary motors i.e. (a) Fresh Air Motor (b) Draft Motor (c) Door Lifting Motor (d) Drum controller etc. by expert electrician by jointing kits as required including Testing, commissioning.

Electrical connection of all the heating elements embedded in furnace to be grouped in a manner to operate it through contractor at starting position & running position as required including testing and Commissioning.

Supply and fixing of ceramic glazed tiles in the body of the furnace and the painting of the metal part of the furnace.

Connecting the equipments body to earth busbar including S&F 20 mm x 3 mm galvanised (Hot Dip) MS flat on wall/floor with GI saddles as required and connection to equipments incl. drilling holes, with bolts, nuts, washers etc.

SUB-HEAD-II (STRUCTURAL ITEMS)

Supply and installation of complete structural work for furnace made out of 50 mm x 6 mm thick M.S. Angle, 75 mm x 50 m.m. M.S. channel and 3 mm thick M.S. Plate, Rear & Bottom side plate of adequate thickness and welded or bolted in proper manner and furnace door of electricity/manually operated made out of 16 mm plat duly welded in shape. Door Shall be internally lined with ceramic blanket etc. And as per direction of EIC.

Supply and fixing of 2 nos. cast iron door with hinge and locking arrangement from Removing arrangement for removing bones and ashes.

Supply and fixing of C.I. made counter weight. As per requirement.

Supply and fixing of manifold with a provision of three outlet, complete set and flue damper set, door guider and slide rails set and stainless steel duct for flue exhaust Path as per direction of EIC.

Supply & Delivery M.S. fabricated ash & bones collection Handle & Tray.as per specification.

SUB-HEAD-III (MECHANICAL ITEMS)

Supply and installation of two position cantilever type spring loaded body Charging trolley with handle. The trolley Shall be made out of suitable M.S. chequered plate for platforms complete with roller etc. before ricating the trolley, drawing shall be approved by site engineer and trolley shall be inspected Before delivery.

Supply & fixing of main door driving shafts with sprocket assembled - 1 set handle assembly for manually driven door operation 50 mm & 30 mm dia plumber block with bearing assembled (2 sets each) l" pitch roller chain 300 mm long with chain link.2 no. and 3/4 " pitch roller chain 1000 mm long with chain link as per difection of EIC.

SUB-HEAD-IV(REFRACTORY ITEMS)

Supply & installation of complete set of refractory shaped bricks for construction of electric cremation of I.S. 8 bricks (approx. 1007 nos. & wt. 13 m ton) insulation bricks 4000 nos. refractory slab for construction of flue duct passage inthe basement, as required, refractory heat resistant fire clay mortar of 40 bags, ceramic blanket 25 x 510 x 7120 mm Mill Board, asbestos ropes etc. as required for outer side of the furnace shall be constructed by red bricks by sand and cement as mortars and construction of chimney from basement of roof level including painting i.e. bricks porlion shall be painted by two coats of red oxide as primer and to coats of synthetic enamel Al. paints as per direction of EIC as follows:-

(a) Complete lining & assembling of entire cremation chamber according to standard size with proper arrangement of accommodation of heating elements, resting of dead body with sufficient opening for falling of ashes to the ash chamber and sufficient ventilation for Fresh air spraying. (b) Complete lining and assembling of entire cremation chamber according to standard size with provision of drawing out ashes from the rear side and sufficient Ventilation for fresh air injection. (c) Complete lining and assembling of entire cremation chamber according to the standard size with provision of air inlet supplying by fresh air blower and arrangement of multi ventilation path for Fresh air injection to the ash chamber and cremation chamber.

SUB-HEAD-V(INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION & LC SYSTEM)

Distn. wiring in 22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed single core stranded copper wire (Brand approved by EIC) in 19 mm bore, 3 mm thick polythen pipe complete with all accessories embedded in wall to light/fan/call bell points with Piano key type switch (Anchor make) fixed on sheet metal (16 SWG) switch board with bakelite/perspex (wall matching colour) top cover (3 mm thick) flushed in wall incl. mending good damages to original finish (Average run 8Mts).

Distn. wiring in 22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed single core stranded copper wire (Brand approved by EIC) in 19 mm bore, 3 mm thick polythen pipe complete with all accessories embedded in wall to 240 V 5A 3 pin plug point incl. S&F 240 V 5A 3 pin flush type plug socket & piano key type switch (Anchor make) incl. S&F earth continuity wire, fixed on sheet metal (16 SWG) switch board with bakelite/perspex (wall matching colour) top cover (3 mm thick) flushed in wall incl. mending good damages to original finish. Cutting Channel of size (40 mm x 40 mm) on masonry wall by Electric operated cutting machine incl. supplying & fixing heavy gauge 19 mm, 3 mm thick Polythene pipe by means of anchoring chemical (Hilti/Sika) and GI 'U' hooks of 8 SWG incl. supplying and drawing 18 SWG GI wire as Fish wire and mending good damages to original finish by using own tools and tackles.

Supply & Fixing 240 V, 6A, plug socket with separate 6 A Piano key type switch (Brand approved by EIC) on sheet metal switch board embedded in wall incl. S & F 150x100x65mm MS (16SWG) switch board and bakelite/perspex top cover of 3mm thick by Brass screws after making housing for switch by cutting bakelite/perspex cover and making necessary connections as required.

Supply & Fixing 240 V, 3 nos. 6A, & 1 no. 20A plug socket with separate 3 nos. 6 A & 1 no. 20A Piano key type switch with indicator & 16A kit-kat flush type fuse (Brand approved by EIC) on sheet metal switch board embedded in wall incl. Supplying & fixing of 300 mm dia (i.e., 12" dia) [EPC make] Heavy duty exhaust fan after making hole in wall and making good damages and smooth cement finish etc. as practicable as possible and providing necy. length of PVC insulated wire and making connection for exhaust of dia 300 mm (i.e., 12" dia) including supply and fixing AL louver shutter on wall with necy. bolts & nuts (6 mm dia x 62 mm long)suitable fo 23 cm Exhaust Fan.

Supplying & Fixing of Box type fan clamp of 150mm dia & 80mm depth made of 16 SWG CRCA sheet with one end duly sealed by cover, properly welded, incl. S&F 12mm dia 600mm long MS rod duly bent by heat treatment at the centre position of rod to grip fan bobbin properly, incl. binding the rod and fan box with reinforcement by 22 SWG steel binding wire, incl. supplying & covering the box with alkathene sheet, placed in order to prevent concrete from entering the box.
