Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator )/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a leadincluding dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting of 50 m.

All kinds of soil.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Supplying and filling in plinth with M sand under floors including, watering, ramming consolidating and dressing complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level:

1:4:8 ( 1 Cement: 4 M sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

1:2:4 ( 1 Cement: 2 M sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work upto plinth level :

1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 M sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :

Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete.

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete.

Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars.

Brick work with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 50 in foundation and plinth in:

Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 M sand)

Half brick masonry with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 50 in foundation and plinth in:

Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 M sand)

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

12 mm cement plaster of mix:

1:6 (1 cement : 6 M sand)

6 mm cement plaster of mix :

1:3 (1 cement: 3 M sand)

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade

New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade:

Two or more coats on new work

Dismantling steel work manually/ by mechanical means in built up sections without dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Supplying and stacking at site.

63 mm to 45 mm size stone aggregate.

Laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specified sizes to WBM specifications in uniform thickness, hand picking, applying rammer, watering and compacting to the required density etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling the existing BTS Shelter of size 3.13m x 2.14m and up to a height of 3.00 metre in the reusable manner (consisting of side panels, floor panels, roof panels/sheets, door, ASPVC flooring sheet, RSJ girders, bolts, nuts, fabricated Mild Steel steps and other fixtures) including stacking the materials at site as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Erection of BTS shelter of size (3.13 m X 2.14 m X 3.00 m ) over steel structural members/girders and BTS plinth RCC pillars including prior segregation/ sorting of the shelter with all its accessories complete and fixing floor panels, walls panels,roofing panel and sheeting, maintaining cut out for gantry and cable entry, fixing of available door shutter and sealing of all joints with fasteners and for using joint sealant compound through out the joints for damp proof, fixing of MS steps, gantry etc. all as per the direction of the Engineer-in charge. (Shelter materials available from dismantlement have to be reused and transportation will be paid for separately).
