Taking down existing roof treatment including tarfelt, PCC padding etc and removing the debris to a distance exc 500m but n exc 1Km and cleaning the surface with water, brush etc complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed

Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, mixed with integral water proofing compound with weight of cement as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately against respective item).

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc stacking the serviceable bricks after removing mortar and cleaning for re-use and disposal of debris and rubbish to a distance n.exc 100m as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 as in half brick thick walls complete all as specified and directed.

Water proofing treatment on RCC roof etc. comprising with the following operation and as specified herein below and as directed:- (a) Cleaning, picking, sweeping and washing down with water and brushing with neat cement slurry & 3 Kg per Sqm & removing debris to a distance exc 100m & n.exc.250m. (b) 15 mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound (to be measured seperately) as per manufacturer instructions finished even & smooth. (c) Preparing & cleaning of fully dried cement plastered surface. (d) Applying one coat of cold bituminous primer to the plastered surface @ 300 ml per sqm conforming IS-3384 (e) A layer of APP based polymeric membrane membrane 3mm thick (minimum) weighing 3.5 kg per sqm reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (weighing not less than 160 gms/sqm) shall be applied over bituminous primer as specified above. Application of polymeric membrane shall be by torch application. The over lap shall be minimum 100 mm on transverse direction and 75 mm in longitudinal direction.

50mm thick Plain cement concrete in two layers (25mm thick each layer) Plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1, (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in padding over roof etc and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including GI Wire netting of galvanised steel wire 0.90mm dia & 12mm mesh laid in between PCC padding complete all as specified and directed.

Cement concrete roof tiles 20mm thick, machine pressed; area of each tile exc 0.06 sqm but n.exc 0.09 sqm, in floors etc, including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:4 and set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0, (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerb or mud stop, founded or chamfered on edges incuding necessary form works etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 15mm bore, Steel tubing and connections and keeping serviceable pipes in safe custody for reuse in the work after and including cleaning as directed.

Taking up or down 20mm bore, Steel tubing and connections and keeping serviceable pipes in safe custody for reuse in the work after and including cleaning as directed.

Supply, laying, connection and testing, 15mm bore, Steel water tubing, galvanised, medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, connection and testing, 20mm bore, Steel water tubing, galvanised, medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing of 15mm bore old serviceable steel tubing and connections in new or old position with new fittings complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors, etc complete as directed. (Note: Serviceable pipe shall be reused as obtained from serial item No. 12 above)

Refixing of 20mm bore old serviceable steel tubing and connections in new or old position with new fittings complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors, etc complete as directed. (Note: Serviceable pipe shall be reused as obtained from serial item No. 13 above)

Disconnecting existing water tanks of any description exc 250 and n.exc 500 litre capacity, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position. Including cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from tank and from mouths of circulating pipes complete all as specified and directed.

20 mm bore, Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight - 210 gms) complete all as specified and directed.

20 mm bore, Stop valves, cast copper alloy, chromium plated, screwed down high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new external surfaces by rubbing with sand paper to achieve smooth plastered/concrete surfaces of wall etc upto 10m height and applying two coats of camouflage exterior grade emulsion paint over a coat of primer (Colour and design as required/approved by Engr-in-Charge) complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old decorated external surfaces by rubbing with sand paper to achieve smooth plastered/concrete surfaces of wall etc upto 10m height and applying one coat of camouflage exterior grade emulsion paint (Colour and design as required/approved by Engr-in-Charge), in patch exc 1.0 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick Plain colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame with fillets as per specifications and drawing including taking down old unserviceable wall panelling with cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel framed work with hollow section square bar or other section with gusset plates, rails,braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC frame as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and directed.

110 mm bore, PVC (SWR), Soil waste and vent pipes in any length with cement joints fixed to wall, etc with all necessary fixing arrangement including taking down old unserviceable pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

110 mm bore, PVC (SWR) bends of any radius, complete all as specified and directed.

110 mm bore, PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors etc including taking up/down old unserviceable pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Bricks (laid flat or on edge) or brick tiles in floors, channels, kerbs, aprons, etc. (each layer) laid dry or laid dry and pointed complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness, (Below or above Ground level) and disposal of debris and rubbish to a distance n.exc 100m complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, laid flat, in drains, etc bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and pointed in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no 32 above but except bricks complete all as specified and directed.

Add or deduct for each 25mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm including form mould, mitred/stopped etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in walls or retaining etc wall including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1, (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in benching, coping, bed plate, lintel upto 1.5m span cast in situ including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Precast Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slab of drain, etc and set in cement mortar 1:4 including necessary form, moulds, etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. (Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately)

TMT steel bars 6mm to 8mm dia., and over cut to length, bend to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips quality complete all as specified and directed.

Raking out joints/ pointing to brick work in walls or to bricks on edge in floors, surface channels, roofs, etc in cement mortar and Flush pointing to brick on edge pavings in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Raking out joints/ pointing to brick work or brick tiles, laid flat, in floors, surface channels, roofs, etc in cement mortar and Flush pointing to bricks laid flat or brick tiles in pavings in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls, etc and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed. Note: An amount of Rs. 7365.00 on account of credit schedule for schedule 'A' part - II shall be deducted from the total amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum.
