M & L for Comprehensive Maintenence of electrically operated lifts suitable for serving passengers / patients / load carrying lifts installed as under by service engineers/ technically qualified teams including attending the breakdown of lifts if any, complete inclusive cleaning of lift cabin, lift well and room all as specified and directed. Details of installed lifts are as under :- 4 Nos lift of make Tyhssenkrupp with six landings (Ground + five floor ) of capacity-20 persons, 1360 kgs, travel speed of 1.0 m/sec, Operation on 415 volts, 3 phase AC 50 Hz at Command Hospital (WC) Chandimandir.

Details of installed lifts are as under:- Ground + five floor (total six landings) capacity-16 persons, 1088 kgs, travel speed of 1.50 m/sec, Operation on 415 volts, 3 phase AC 50 Hz total 2 Nos of lifts at Command Hospital (WC) Chandimandir. Make:- OTIS.

Note:- for item No 1 & 2 All items required pertaining to repair/ replacement of these lifts shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate except items covered under ser No 3 to 14 . The comprehensive maintenance will also include checking entire system as per manufacturer's maintenance manual such as checking all parts for serviceablility, repairing /replacement/adjustment as per site requirement of the following : - (a) Renew all wire ropes and chains (where fitted) as required to maintain an adequate factor of safety, to equalize the tension on all hoisting ropes, repair or replace conductor cable and hoistway and machine room elevator wiring. (b) Examining, adjusting and repairing Machine Worm Gear, Thrust Bearings, Drive sheave, Drive sheave bearings, Brake Contact, Linings and components. (c) Examining and repairing Motor, Motor Generator, Motor Windings, Rotating Elements, Commentator, Brushes, Brush Holders, Bearings, Coils, Resistance for operating and Motor circuits, Magnet Frames and other Mechanical parts.

(j) Providing lubricants compounded to respective OEMs stringent specifications. (k) Examining periodically all safety devices and governors and make all customary safety tests. (L) The contractor shall be submitted the memorandum of understanding (MoU) of minimum 100 Rs stamp paper duly notarized with original Equipment Manufactuer (OEM) i.e. ThyssenKrupp Elevators India Pvt Ltd and OTIS Elevator Co. India Ltd within 15 days of acceptance of tender, failing which the contract will be liable to be cancellled under condition 54 of IAFW-2249. Maintanance shall be carried out under OEM overall supervision direction/ instruction. (M) Contractor will conclude AMC with OEM and copy of the agreement will be submitted to Engr-in-Charge and GE before commencement of AMC. No payment will be made to contractor without submission of valid AMC agreement. (N) Rep of OEM shall submit a monthly comprehensive testing certificate to the contractor, the monthly comprehensive testing certificate shall be submitted by the contractor to the Engineer-in-Charge withle claiming payments.

Supply & fixing in repair ACVVVF ThyssenKrupp software installed drive 18 KW complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in repairs of lift rope complete in all respect for one lift (Total six landing) as per manufactures recommendation complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in repairs of sheave for lift complete all as specified and directed. as per manufactures recommendation complete all as specified and directed.

Servicing, repair, maintenance & testing of UPS of capacity 2200VA installed with lift inclusive supply & fixing in repairs of lead acid battery 12 volts, 42 AH, type EP-42-12 & make serviceable in all respects. Note: All items required pertaining to UPS repairing/ resurfacing shall deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Supply & fixing in repair infrared red beam sensor for ThyssenKrupp elevator complete all as specified and directed. Make : ThyssenKrupp or equivalent makes compatible with ThyssenKrupp as approved by the GE.

Supply & fixing in repair Encoder for OTIS make elevator complete all as specified and directed. Make: OTIS or equivalent makes compatible with OTIS as approved by the GE.

Supply & fixing in repair mother board for ThyssenKrupp elevator complete all as specified and directed. Make: ThyssenKrupp or equivalent makes compatible with ThyssenKrupp as approved by the GE.

Supply & fixing in repair LCI-D80116F5 power contactor for OTIS make elevator complete all as specified and directed. Make: OTIS or equivalent makes compatible with OTIS as approved by the GE.

Supply & fixing in repair CCU Card for ThyssenKrupp elevator complete all as specified and directed. Make: ThyssenKrupp or equivalent makes compatible with ThyssenKrupp as approved by the GE.

Supply & fixing in repair LCU Card for ThyssenKrupp elevator complete all as specified and directed. Make: ThyssenKrupp or equivalent makes compatible with ThyssenKrupp as approved by the GE.

Taking out carefully defective ceiling mounted fan/blowers installed inside the cabin of lift of make ThyssenKrupp & OTIS, 16 passenger after disconnecting all incoming and outgoing nut, bolt, electric connection and supply and fix new one as per existing make and capacity(230V, 55 Watt, 1400 RPM, 100x330mm sweep Make: Rotech , Model: CF with same place Supply & fixing in repair CCU Card for ThyssenKrupp elevator com/100/330-14/S2) all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing and repair / replacement of landing push box ThyssenKrupp complete all as specified and directed. Make : ThyssenKrupp or equivalent make compatible with ThyssenKrupp as approved by the GE.
