Making Compound Lighting arrangement and allied works for Head Work Site of T/W No. I

Supply & delivery at site of 9mtrs long steel tabular pole with sole plate as per direction of EIC (Designation- 410 SP-26.(Over all length-9.00mtr, planting depth- 1.5mtr, Length of section)(Bottom-5.0mtr, middle- 2.0mtr, Top- 2.0mtr,) Outside Dia & Thickness of Section(Bottom-114.3x4.50mm, Middle-88.9x4.05mm, Top- 76.1x3.25) Approx Weight of Pole-92Kg)including supply and fixing of single arm header of 40mm dia 1.5 m long CI base plate and cap etc.

Erection of 9 Mtr Single Steel tubular pole of length as given below with sole plate & Cap etc. in CC foundation (Proportion and dimension indicated below), having 600x600x750 mm thick CC (4:2:1) base block below sole plate/pole with hard jhama metal including CC (6:3:1) base block (around the pole) dimension 0.60x0.60x0.50 mt. above ground level including 2 mm thick neat cemented finish and GI earth bolt and earthing arrangement by 8SWG GI Wire,after making drilled holes etc. on pole including filling up the excavated earth pit with shifted soil and ramming properly.

Supply & Laying of 1.1 KV Gr. 2 core 6 sq.mm XLPE Armored Alu. Cable(Approved make) on wall/surface incl. S & F MS saddles with earthing attachment in 10 SWG GI (Hot Dip) Wire, making holes etc. as necy. mending good damages and painting as directed by EIC.

Supply & Laying of 1.1 KV Gr. 2 core 6 sq.mm XLPE Armored Alu. Cable in underground trench 460 mm wide x 760 mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per metre, including filling the space between the brick & cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed.

Supplying and fixing 2+4 way SPMCB with 40A DP Isolator-1no & 6-32 Amp-3-nos 240/415 V MCB of Breaking capacity 10kA & B characteristics with MCB enclosure and necessary connection as per direction of EIC.(Approved make)

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry 1.1 KV Gr. 2 core 6 sq.mm XLPE Armored Alu. Cable incl. Finishing the end of the same by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials as per direction of EIC.

Supplying and Drawing 1.1 KV single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed single core stranded copper wire of 3 x 22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm)(Approved make) through GI pipe and making necy. connection as required as per direction of the E.I.C (From pole loop box to LED fittings).

Supplying and Fixing 250 x 250 x 100mm GI water proof looping cable box having hinged GI Top Cover having 4 mm thick with rubber gasket lining, railway type mechanical locking arrangement with required GI Pipe for cable laying from ground to loop box, earthing terminal with lug etc. of the following sizes as indicated below, Comprising of one 250 V, 6A SPMCB unit, one NL on porcelain insulator etc. and housing the same in pole muffing incl. addition and alteration to the existing CC muffing (6:3:1) after dismantling the damaged looping cable box etc. where necy. incl. painting as directed by EIC.

Supply and fixing of street light luminarie IP 66 LM6-HPDC Housing Street light aerodynamically designed with better thermal management/ Potted driver is to be provided,the luminaire and housing should be from the same manufacturer(cat no-BRP 062 LED 84 CW SLC S1 PSU) Make-Philips OR Equivalent and same techinal specification . Each Fixure is to be earthed with the erected steel tabular pole.

S/Fixing of die cast aluminium housing of gate light 1x40watt LED Outdoor luminiare (make-Havells- RUBYPT35WLED757PSYMTOPC / CORALPT35WLED757PSYMTOPC)Milky white Decorative Post top for 360° indirect light. IP 65 protection Resistant to impactb with suitable net protection and corrosion as per direction of EIC.

Supply ,delivery, fitting fixing of nomenclature made from improted acrylic sheet letter of different sizes with different colours as per choice of EIC.The subect matter as directed by EIC shall be fixed on iron structure of size (10' x 6') and should be fitted on MS Angle (Size - 65 mm X 65 mm X 6 mm ) and ISMC 100 with epoxy coated including all necessary civil work after groutig the MS frame on the roof of the buildIng and making necessary pillers, plasters, neat cement finishing etc to complete the work as per direction of EIC including supplying all required electrical materials. Colour type and colour letter & graphics will be as per direction of EIC.

Painting all the single arm G.I brackets, poles, pipes etc. with 2 coats of Synthetic Enamel paint over 1 coat of Red Oxide primer after cleaning and preparation of surface by emery paper all complete as per direction.

Installation of gris connection solar PV system with net metering at T/W No.- I

Grid-connected Ground Mounted Solar Photo-voltaic system 10 KW, cost includes cost of Solar PV panels (with domestic cell and modules). Inverter (Single/ 3 phase wherever applicable). Balance of system e.g. cable, switches/ circuit breaker/ connectors/ junction box, mounting structure, earthing, lightning arrester and civil works, installation & commissioning, CMC for 5 years, transportation, insurance, applicable taxes etc. The above benchmark costs are excluding of net metering cost and battery back-up costs.

Cost for changing WBSEDCL electric meter (for net metering) necessary Agreement, fitting fixing charges, inspection charges including cableling etc. for newly installed solar PV set up.

Supply, delivery & storage at site of 4 sq. mm. single Core, 4 run 1.1 KV FRLS insulated industrial flexible copper conductor (60 mtr for each run)

Supply, delivery & storage at site of 2.5 sq. mm. single Core, 4 run 1.1 KV FRLS insulated industrial flexible copper conductor for ECC

Supply, delivery storage at site of 32 mm dia PVC piped and fittings schedule 80 (medium duty) conforming to ASTMD-1785 and threated to match with GI pipes as per IS: 1239

Laying of above cable after cutting floor / pavement / wall and making holes incl., embedding the cable at an average depth of 75 mm. in below and mending good the damages to original finish incl. removing the rubbish.

Reinforcement for reinforced work in all sorts of structeres including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc intial straightening and removal of loose rust (if necessary) cutting to requisting length. Hooking and bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at every inersection, completeas per drawing and direction.

Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches or drains, in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sandstone) including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75 m. as directed. The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, levelling, dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water as required complete. a) Depth of excavation not exceeding 1,500 mm. (1 x 1 x 0.7 x 12 Nos = 8.4 Cum )

A) Filling in foundation or plinth by silver sand in layers not exceeding 150 mm as directed and consolidating the same by thorough saturation with water, ramming complete including the cost of supply of sand. (payment to be made on measurement of finished quantity) B) Do - by fine sand (0.9 x 0.9 x 0.1 x 12 Nos= 1.944 Cum )

Single Brick Flat Soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with local sand. (0.8 x 0.8 x 12 Nos=7.68 sqm )

Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 m using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams and columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works (upto roof of ground floor) (f) 25 mm to 30 mm shuttering without staging in foundation (0.3 x 0.8 x 0.6 x 0.25) x 4 x 12 nos= 18.72 sqm)

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement,if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes (0.9 x 0.3 x 0.3 + 0.6 x 0.6 x 0.25) x 12 Nos=2.052 Cum

Painting the whole fabrication unit after anti corrossive priming single coat and synthetic enamel paint two coats as per direction of EIC
