Demolition of brick work built in cement mortor including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work as in post etc of any description not otherwise provided for.

Taking down cement plaster on brick/ block walling including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete,

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving not exc 15cm thick (below or above ground level) un-reinforced.

Dismantling of RCC posts or struts embedded in ground, any section incl taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground

All as per item 5 above but posts embedded in concrete, brick work, masonary, etc.

Dismantling of old damaged chain link fencing wiremesh any type and size

Demolition of cement concrete reinforced of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid and bedded in any morter.

M&L brick work with subs class "B" bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in cement mortor (1:6). complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item 10 above but except bricks

M&L brick work with sub class "B" bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick wall, built in cement mortor (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) finished even & smooth without using extra cement on brick/concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregate)as in surface channels and drains incl all moulds and forms all as spd and directed.

Extra forming fair finished drain or channel inner girth n.exc 30 CM in cement, concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1, using 20mm graded aggregates as in coping benching, fixing of angle post on boundary wall etc. all as specified.

S&F MS framed work such as grills . Gratings, manholes covers flat iron as in chain link fencing etc with ends of bars shouldered or reverted , frame work of water tanks and similar work conf to fe 290.Gde E 165.

S&F MS angle iron posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, bolting etc and similar works confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165.

Excavation in post holes ( or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 cum and getting out in hard/dense soil

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone agg as in foundation/fancing post fixing all as specified and directed

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing, any size or type all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires any mesh size and type to any type of standards rails straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire. (Note : Line wire shall be measured and paid seperately as supply only)

S&F MS screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one ends and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitting with washer and one hexagonal or square nut n.exc. 5cm long and dia of shank 8 to 10 mm etc.

S&F 10mm dia MS round bars conforming to Fe 410-O as in straining bars in fencing all as directed.

S&Fin repairs galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm, dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provn of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins all as directed. (Each line wire to be measured)

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer.

M&L prepartion of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base / flooring complete;

M&L for glossy finsihed rubber moulded colour pre polished cement concrete tiles,machine made of 22 to 25 mm thick of any size and pattern as approved by GE as per IS-1237 ultra desinger tiles indian series or its equivalent as in floors etcset,jointed pointedin neatcementslurry andincluding 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar1:6 completeall asspecifed and directed and directed

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 25cm X 25cm X25 mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry in floor and pointed with grey cement and pigment including 20mm thick screed in CM 1:6 for bed layer complete all as specified & directed.

M&L machine pressed precast rubber mould coloured concrete interlocking paver blocks of 60 mm thick any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 ,M-35 grade with grey cement and no pigment over & including 50mm thick sand cushion over sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M/L PCC 1:3:6, type C2 75mm thick fair finished surfaces .as in plinth protection laid in alternate bays & joint filled with bitumious compound all as per SSR-I. Complete all as per specified and directed.

M&L for granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) for wall lining (veneering to wall) 20mm thick with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite incl 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 as backing coat for receiving of granite complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Ceramic wall tiles in dado/vertical surface (300x600) 7-10mm thick (Discovery cotto stone/flandes rust coloured) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering as backing coat on brick /concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 rough finished on vertical surfaces to receive tiles etc. complete all as specified.

Sch of Credit- Total contract sum shall be calculated after deduction of Sch of Credit amount Credit amount - 83740.00
