Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre deep for laying of cables and foundation of poles etc. and getting out, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in trenches (soil), including spreading, leveling and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to U/G cable in layers of 23 cm thick (8 Cm before laying the cable and 15 Cm thick after laying the cable) in trenches complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Only Puned down volume shall be measured.

Material & Labour for Un-reinforced pre cast concrete cable covers class LV, type-1, flat, of size 250mm x 150 mm x 40mm for cable protection complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and Laying cable XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip armoured service cable pole to building electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 240 Sqmm 3.5 core complete including dismentling of old u/s cable all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of outdoor type bus bar panel padestal type weather proof MS cubical panel board made of 3 mm MS sheet outdoor type of size 100 cm x 80 cm x 40 cm, 4 Nos of aluminium bus bar of 200 Amp capacity having 06 Nos of holes with MCCB 4 pole Adjustable type of Capacity 160 Amp 25 KA including one coat of redoxide and two coat of enamel paint powder coated, mounted on mild steel channel of suitable size and PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundation for fixing panels, aluminium bus bar chanel insulated with colour coated heat shrinkable sleaves and mounted on Epoxy insulator all as specified & directed. Note : Bus bar panel should have both side openable door with suitable locking arragnement. These shall be included in the quoted rate.

Supply, install, test and commissioning including dismantling of old u/s panel with accessories of Outdoor type LT Panel Board cubical type outdoor, floor mounted factory fabricated made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet CPRI approved dust proof/vermin proof & suitable size to accomodate all accessories/fittings, compartmentalized in construction to accommodate incoming and Outgoing MCCB, MCB and TPN, aluminium bus bars of rating not less 1.5 times the rated cap of incomer Outgoing MCCB and outgoing feeder. The TPN bus bars shall be insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on DMC/epoxy insulator of size not less than 50 x 50 mm conical type at an interval of not more than 500 mm through out the length of the TPN bus bar. The incoming as well as outgoing Outgoing MCCBs shall have aluminium extension links of current carrying cap not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of individual feeders. The extension links shall be supported on DMC / Epoxy insulators having provision for termination of incoming and out going cables. All extension links /interconnection shall be insulated with heat shrinkable colour coaded sleeves. The cubicle shall have a bottom channel of size as designed by the manufacturer . A detachable predrilled gland plate of thickness not less than 3 mm thick should be used at the bottom for entry of armoured cable of adequate size with glands. The above panel shall be front and back openable lockable /openable by key from both side and shall have louvers and air vent gasket for natural flow of air complete as specified and consisting the following switchgears and accessories: (a) Bus bar made up of Aluminium with heat shrikable sleeves with colour code supported on epoxy resin based insulators, 4 strips of suitable length for current rating 250 amps. (b) Main Incoming MCCB four pole 415 V AC, current rating 160 Amps adjustable type with breaking capacity 25 KA at 415V with thermal magnetic release-01 Nos (c) Outgoing MCCB 415 V AC, current rating 100 Amps with breaking cap 16 KA at 415 V AC - 02 Nos (d) Digital Ammeters with suitable CT ratio (e) Phase Indiactor lamp -01 Set (f) Digital Volt meter (g) PCC 1:3:6 for grounting 04 legs of LT Panel 45 cm deep below GL all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge
