PART 'A' - BUILDING WORK

Dismantling doors, windows and clearstory windows steel or wood shutter including chowkhats and holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 meters lead: Of area 3 square meter and below.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting, raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meter lead.

Colour washing of all shades to give an even shade including all scaffolding : Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches by sandla/loi. (only for colour changing ).

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meter lead: For thickness of tiles 10mm to 25mm.

Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:4 including racking of joints etc. complete fine finish : 20mm thick.

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade including all scaffolding: Two or more coats on new work including prepartion of base with primer, putty, lippy etc complete in all respect.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade including all scaffolding. New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm ).

Providing and applying white cement based putty over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete,New Plastered Surface (three or more coats).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. metres and under including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 m lead With cement mortar 1 :4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

Providing and fixing 1st quality standard white, grey, ivory, fume red brown, light green, light blue and other light shades glazed tiles confirming to IS : 13753 & IS :15622 of size 200mm x 300mm in walls, floors, steps, pillars etc. laid on a bed of neat cement slurry finished with flush pointing in the white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tile complete (excluding the cost of cement plaster on walls and pillar).

Kota stone slab flooring 25 mm thick over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), For area of each slab from 901 to 2000 Sq.Cm :

Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level. M10 grade Nominal Mix 1: 3: 6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Providing & laying Chequered terrazzo tiles of approved make 22mm thick with marble chips of size upto 6mm, in floors, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed wit pigment to match the shade of tiles including rubbing and polishing complete in all respect as per specification, on 28mm thick bed of C.M. 1:4 : Dark shade using ordinary cement.

Renewing glass panes,with putty and nails wherever necessary, Float glass panes of thickness 5 mm.

Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and inequalities not exceeding 15cm deep and disposal of rubbish lead up to 50 Mtr. and lift up to 1.5 Mtr. : All kinds of soil.

Providing and laying of paver block as per IS 15658 : 2006 (Indian standard for precast concrete block for paving- specification) and IRC : SP:63-2004 (guidelines for the use of interlocking concrete block pavement), M-30, 60 mm thick to be used in non traffic areas like building premises, monument premises, land scapes, public gardens/ park, domestic drives, paths and patios, Embankment slopes, sand stabilization Area etc.( As per table 1 of IS 15658:2006. Category ‘B’ Denated only two side like I,Z,T shape etc. as per IRC SP 63:2004.

S&f fixed wire gauge of stainless steel of 14 mesh x 24 gauge to the aluminium window by Aluminium beading 20x3mm with suitable screws not exceeding 150mm distance at all heights with all lead and lift with scafolding.

Providing and fixing external grade board solid core single leaf flush door shutters ISI 2202-67 marked using Phenol formal dehyderesin in glue both sides with approved steel fittings complete as per annexure 'A' :25 mm thick. Commercial Veneer both side.

Extra for providing external lipping with 2nd class teak wood battens 6 mm minimum depth on all edges of shutters (over all area of door shutter to be measured) Over item no. 8.13.

Supply and installation of Multi Rib Proofing/cladding Sheet Manufacture out of 0.50mm TCT (Total Coated Thickness) high tensile Zinc aluminum alloy coated galvalume steel (as per 150gsm zinc aluminum coated 550Mpa tuekd strength) confirming to IS: 1397/astm A-792 sheet to have wide pens 30mm high NB at 250 centre and centre width of 1020mm sheets be casted with regular modified polyster system on a continuous with line on centre for face and with a polyster coating respectively sheet shall have proportionality with siphoned plate made to prevent leakage sheet shall be fixed by more of sell drilling lift tapping hot dip zinc coated hox head fasterner of size 12x14x55mm long. The sheet shall be supplied in cost one length and for a minimum up to 12mts with all scaffolding. Add extra for 0.60mm TCT (Total Coated Thickness) high tensile Zinc aluminum alloy coated galvalume steel sheet in place of 0.50mm thick

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting (height upto 10 m) , fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete:

Supplying and fixing in walls machine cut and polished stone shelves, tands and in CM 1:3 with machine cut edges : Sand or other approved stone 25mm thick.

Half brick masonry in Superstructure , above plinth level upto floor V level using bricks of designation 75, Cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

Repair of existing steel glazed doors, windows and ventilator, MS sheet door, garge doors, compound wall gates etc. by welding drilling complete include. Cost of welding rods and hire charge of welding meachine and TP etc complete.

Repair of rolling shutter with replacement of shutter spring incl. removal of old spring in the existing rolling shutter incld. Cost of new spring.

Providing and fixing of double leaf steel shutter for cupboard, the frame is made of pressed steel ISI section 80x25 mmx 1.25 mm thick with 1.00 mm MS sheet to spot welded including holdfasts of 15x3mm, MS oxidized fittings such as butt hinges, sliding doors bolts, handles, tower bolts and twin peg etc complete including applying priming coat of approved steel primer of red oxide zinc chromate and spray painting in approved shade with deco paint of approved quality complete as per direction of Engineer In Charge.

Grinding of existing floor with 60, 80, 120 and 360 No. Carborundum stone including cost of wax polishing complete :

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes (IS 15778 : 2007 code) having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings i/c fixing the pipe with clamps at 1 metre spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. (Internal work Exposed on wall)

Providing & Fixing of modular type 120 W Step Fan regulator duly ISI marked (IS 11037:1984 ) with CM/L no. printed made out of unbreakable and fire retardant vergin poly carbonate with brass terminals and captive screws & silver alloy contact tip with IP-20 rating , including all as per pre approved by Engineer in charge,making connections, testing etc. as required. Supplying and fixing of power plug point with Modular accessories as per PWD specification for electrical Works, on hot dipped galvanized modular box of 1.2 mm thick with earthing terminal/connector on surface or in recessed with suitable size of modular face place with grid plate and cover plate including cost of ISI marked modular 16 amp. Switch (IS :3854) and 6/16 amp. socket outlet (IS:1293) making connection , testing , etc. as required. Providing & Fixing of BEE Star rated copper wounded double ball bearing capacitor start, aluminium body & Metallic blade ceiling fan Conforming to all the performance requirements laid down in IS 374:2019 including all amendments, as applicable ; & Carry BIS licensing (i.e. ISI marking) with down rod up to 80 cm with secondary support safety cable ( steel rope) , cotter pin with 3 x 1.5 sq.mm pvc insulated flexible copper conductor making connection testing etc. as required. All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge. Providing & Fixing of IP20 SMD Mid Power LED batten type integrated light fixture made from Powder coated Extruded aluminium housing with in built driver , System lumen efficacy ≥ 110 lm/Watt output, internal surge protection of 2.5 KV with Short & Open circuit protection ,THD < 10% , P. F.≥0.95, CRI >80 , life time of minimum 50000 Burning Hours with , 70% of intial Lumen maintaned till life ends , CCT 3000°K / 4000°K / 5700°K /6000°K/6500°K (As per ANSI Bin) , Maximum power consumption should not more than the specified rating and Fixture shall be of BIS standard and trade mark certificate ( T.C.). Manufactures Word Mark/ Name Engraved/ Embossing/ Screen printing on housing. OEM must have its own in house NABL lab setup for all testing facilities for LED fixtures.
