Excavation in trenches not exc 1.50m wide and not exc 1.50m depth and getting out in Hard/Dense soil including dewatering from the excavated trenches before concreteing for foundation complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 300mm dia Boring holes up to 3 m deep in any type of soil (min 3m deep will be bored from GL) for piles and getting out and disposal of spoil to a distance of n exc. 50 m including roughly levelling the ground in positions where piles are to be provided, marking the position of pile by pegs, and also dewatering from the bore holes complete all as specified and directed. Note:The entire work will be carried out in low laying/water logging area, contractor may visit the site and quote the rate accordingly.Nothing extra will be paid on this account.

Material & labour for plain cement concrete mix 1:4:8, type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete.

Material & labour for formwork to side of concrete foundations, footings, plinth beams etc.

Material & labour for RCC M 25 design mix using 20mm graded stone aggregate for columns, pillers, piers, posts and struts for fair finished flat concrete surfaces.

Material & labour for formwork tosides of column with fair finished surfaces complete all as specified & as directed.

Material & labour for RCC M 25 design mix with 20mm graded stone aggregate in beams, cantilevers, bressumers, lintels over 1.50m span.

Material & labour for formwork to side and soffits of beams, lintels etc. with rough finished surfaces complete all as specified & as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm.

Removing excavated surplus material not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point.

Material and labour for TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia confirming to Fe 500 D.

Material and labour for TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia confirming to Fe 500D as in stirrups, spacers and binders.

Material and Labour for Pre-cast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in block masonry with solid blocks exceeding 10cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 75mm dia PVC (SWR) pipe for weep holes

Material and Labour for rendering in CM 1:4 of 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for applying two coats cement based paint over one coat of alkali resistant priming paint on newly plastered wall surfaces including preparation complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces

Material and Labour for PCC mix1:2:4 type B0, using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate as in PCC bed blocks for inserting angle iron post including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F of mild steel work such as posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for prepration of new steel surfaces and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs of galvanised,2 strand,steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia bars at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts,including ,securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire,staples or steel pins,etc as directed(each line of wire to be measured) complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and Fixing in repairs for zinc coated concertina coil of thickness 2.50 mm of core wire and 0.5 mm thick cold rolled carbon strip (dia approx 610 mm that covering 6 mtr length and 50 spirals) having weight not less than 8.00 Kg per coil all as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above GL) all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles in all as specified

Dismantiling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for etc comoplete all as specified.

Removing material or debris retrives from above demolition or cleaning to a distance exceed 1.5 Km and not exceeding 5.0 Km and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed. Note:The entire debris materials shall be removed from the site and disposed out side MD land as per state government Rules/Regulations
