Providing and fixing retro-reflective hazard marker confirming to IRC 79 : 1981 of size 900x300 mm with back support of M.S. angle 25x25x3 mm and post of 50x50x5mm, 1500mm high embedded into 0.3x0.3x0.3m M20 grade Concrete as per site requirements, using non-metallic micro-prismatic retro-reflective sheet confirming to IRC : 67-2012 type XI specification fixed on 3mm thick aluminum composite Material sheet as base board with pressure sensitive adhesive having 0.5mm thick Aluminum on both sides.

Pavement marker (Cat Eyes) Molded shank raised pavement markers made of polycarbonate and ABS molded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face and shall support a load of 16000 kg tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280 Type H and complying to specifications of Category A of MORT&H Circular No. RW/NH/33023/10-97-DO III dt. 11-06-1997. The Height, width and length shall not exceed 50mm, 100mm and 100mm and with minimum reflective area of 13 Sqm on each side and the slope of the base shall be 35 ± 5 degree. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks (of diameter not less than 19 ± 2mm and height not less than 30 ± 2mm) from the body is to be a minimum value of 500 kg. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer’s recommendation and complete as directed by the engineer (of reputed make such as 3 M etc.)

Providing & fixing retro-reflective light bollards 1500mm high as per site requirements, using non-metallic micro-prismatic retro-reflective sheet confirming to IRC :67-2012 type IV, HIP specification fixed on 3mm thick aluminum composite material sheet as base board with pressure sensitive adhesive having 0.5mm thick Aluminum on both sides having circular board of size 500mm dia, sheeting of red back ground and white arrow. The order board will be of size 600mm x 400mm made up of high intensity retro-reflective sheeting fixed over aluminum composite panel sheet 3mm thick both of the boards fixed on 75mm dia 16 gauge M.S. pipe duly painted complete in al respect.

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:2:4 studs of standard design, fixed in position, i/c finishing with exterior paint & primer coat & one 100mm wide retro reflective prismatic band consisting of 3mm ACP having high intensity micro prismatic sheeting confirming to IRC: 67:2012 on it duly fixed with 5 numbers 2” long screws with roller plug complete in all respect as per drawing in Section-9.

Note: In case of any difference in the unit & nomenclature of any of the HSR items depicted in this DNIT and that given in HSR, the unit and nomenclature given in HSR shall be applicable.
