Excavation in trenches, n. exc 1.5 Mtr wide and n. exc 1.5 Mtr in depth for foundation/laying of cable and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n. Exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated soil to a distance n. Exc 50 Mtr and depositing where directed at a level n. Exc 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & spread unwashed dry river sand for sand cushioning for covering the under ground cable in trenchescomplete all as specified and directed. Note :- Punning thickness shall be measured.

M&L for cable protection cover with sub Class`B` bricks old size laid dry, flat perpendicular across the cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and commissioning XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor 11000 volts grade , suitable for HT 11 KV (E) System laid in trenches/ ducts/ encased in GI pipe/ fixed to poles including road bore with GI pipe upto 50 RM jointing & testing of cross sectional area 120 sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and dircted.

M&L for cable end termination, jointing kit, HT 11 KV grade,heat shrinkable, indoor type complete with jointing material suitable for HT XLPE cable 120 sqmm x 3 core complete all as specified and directed .

Supply, install, erection, commisioning and testing HT 11 KV.outdoor extensible type , cubical , 4-way (RRL-2LBS+2VCB)), Gas (SF6) Insulated RMU including comprising with 2 Nos x LBS (Load break switches) and 2 No x VCB of rating of each 630 Amp 3 phase 50 cycles 12 KV, 20kA/ 3 Sec Ambient temperature - (-5 degree Celsius to +55 degree Celsius), Manual Operated SF6-Breaker having copper bus bar 1000Amp , cast resin tank with , LV Current transformer compatible with self powered relay & 11 KV regin cast PTs (one set of 3 Nos) with saperate metering chamber complete including comprising of following all as specified and directed:- Each Load break switch will include the following: (i) SF6 three position switches with position ON-OFF-EARTH (ii) Breaker shall be motirized with 110V DC control voltage to operate two position double spring mechanism with provision of manual operation. (ii) Mechanical indicators for position ON-OFF-EARTH. (iii) Mimic diagram at the front facia of RMU (iv) Socket for Capacitive Voltage Indicator ( "Live Cable “ Indicating LEDs energized through Capacitive Voltage Dividers.) (v) Padlocking facility (vi) Cable box suitable for cable termination of 1 No. 3 core 120 sq.mm. XLPE cable. Each Circuit Breaker will include the following: (i) Manually operated SF6 insulated VCB 3 pahse 630A 12 KV rating circuit breaker having resin cast tank and Earthing Switch with full making capacity with position ON-OFF (ii) Manual Line disconnector with three position switches ON-OFF-EARTH (iii) Anti reflex operating handle. (iv) Auxiliary switches 6 NO + 6NC with wiring (v) Shunt Trip coil (230V AC) for external trip signal.

M&L Earthing complete as per electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part I with galvanised steel plate earth electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.0mm, burried directly vertically in ground in a pit of depth not less than 2.25 metres below ground level with the top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to and including galvanised iron or steel earth strip lead 32X6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel earthing wire protected by galvanised iron or steel pipe 40mm bore light grade and connected to continuous earth strip on pole/ test point. Watering pipe shall be 20mm bore GI medium grade including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit and RCC cover complete all as specified and directed.
