Demolition of cement concrete of any description as in surface channels and drains etc. and similar works

M&L 75 mm thick PCC (Plain cement concrete) type D-2 1;4;8 (40 mm graded aggregate ) as in sub base.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles 25cmx25cmx25mm thick , with grey cement and pigment set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors including 20 mm thick screed bed or beding layer in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified

Dismantling mid steel work of any description

Supply and Fix mild steel in framed work such as grills gratings etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes ;framed guard bars;barred iron doors;ladders framed ballusters walk ways railings and similar work confrming to Fe 290.Gde E-165

M&L for applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide or zinc chrome to new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girh not otherwise described.

Dismantling Asbestos cement (Corrugated, semicororrugated , etc) sheets in roof covering including ridge complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-Painted galvalume aluminium zink coating GI based corrugated steel sheet of 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding fixed to walls fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

M&L Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified

S & F in repair PVC (SWR) pipes single sockted in any length with rubber ring joints laid fixed to walls 110 mm bore

S&F in repair PVC (SWR) bends any radius 110 mm bore

Removal of debris/building material out side the campus including loading and unloading, etc to a distance exc 5Km but n exc 10 km out side the MD land complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Location and permission of depositing the building materials/debris disposal outside the MD land shall rest with contractor at his own arrangement.
