Provision for providing and fixing existing MS Grill railing after the raising of wall height, fixed with cement concrete in 1:2:4 cement concrete & with the help of scaffolding pipe and Nariel rope making in proper alignment including all T&P article etc., complete

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr/10 sqm over and including one coat of Special primer applied @0.75 ltr /10 sqm.

Provision for Lowering down of existing M.S. grill railing fixed on wall which is of low height, now below the road level for the safety and security of the monument, stacking the material carefully for refaxing after raising of dwarf wall.

Pointing of Brick pathway with 1:2 cement mortar Including supply of all material T&P etc complete. Raised and cut pointing.

Brick on edge flooring with bricks of class designation 7.5 on a bed of 12 mm cement mortar, including filling the joints with same mortar, with common burnt clay non modular bricks.

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead as per direction of engineer in- charge cement mortar.
