S & F in repair Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors ladders framed balusters; walk ways railings ; framework of water tanks and similar work confroming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of new/previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer.

M&L for Water proofing on roof slab: 1. Cleaning : Surface should be free from any loose paint, dust or grease. Remove all existing bitumen coatings completely. It is recommended to use intense wire brushing or high-speed water jet for thorough cleaning. 2. Filling for cracks: For filling cracks, upto 3mm use Asian paints crack seal. Bigger cracks, damaged portions and hollow areas must be repaired with polymer modified cement mortars. Step 1: One coat of Asian smartcarre water base epoxy primer. Step 2: Second coat waterproofing smartcare Damp proof without Dilution. Step 3: Final coat of waterproofing Smartcare Damp proof without Dilution. Note :- (i) Application should be done by Authorised applicator and it should get approval prior to execution of GE

M & L for cutting of grooves of 10-15mm wide and 15- 20mm depth on roof slab / roof tiles / Masonry wall and filling with Polimer Modified Mortar / chemical grout /sealing compound complete all as specified as per manufacturer's instruction and as directed. Make : Cera/STP/Asian/Fosroc Note :- (i) Application should be done by Authorised applicator and it should get approval prior to execution of GE

M & L for preparation of the surface clean from loose particle and grind the surface and further applying one coat of epoxy primer of Make : Asian Paints Smartcare Epoxy Primer or equivalent in Dr. Fixit/ STP/ Fosroc Chemicals or equivalent as approved by GE, as 100 gms per Sqm and further applying high build elastomeric waterproofing coating based on pure, hydrophobic polyurethane, cold applied of spray/brush applied, membrane with an elongation of 550% and tensile strength of 2.5N/mm2 as per ASTM D 2370, crack bridging ability of 3mm as per ASTM C1305, no leakage up to 7 bars of water pressure as per DIN 1048, shore A Hardness of min 45 as per ASTM D 2240. The system includes final base preparation, water based primer and applying Smart Care PU Magnum or approved equivalent in two to three coats to achieve a min, thickness of 1.2mm etc. complete as per manufacturer's specifications and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Application should be done by Authorised applicator and it should get approval prior to execution of GE (ii) Ponding test to be conducted (rate to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor)
