Supply and lay MS ERW pipe of size 250mm dia, conforming to IS : 1239-1982 ISI marked , including all fabrication fittings and joints and laid in ground fixed on wall /celling with heavy duty ‘U’ bolts on MS channels, brackets with fasteners all as directed and applying 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc dichromate primer ,including testing at .complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay MS ERW pipe of size 150 mm dia, conforming to IS : 1239-1982 ISI marked , including all fabrication fittings and joints and laid in ground fixed on wall /celling with heavy duty ‘U’ bolts on MS channels, brackets with fasteners all as directed and applying 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc dichromate primer, including testing at .complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing in replace of Out door LT Panel / LT Pillar Box of required size including takiung down old LT panel with following specifications. Fabrication Details : CPRI approved Main frame 3.0mm thick CRCA sheet, partition sheets / covers / doors of 3.0 mm thick CRCA sheet, gland plates 3.0 mm thick MS sheet (undrilled), base frame on ICMS channel with provision of incoming and outgoing cable entry at the bottom for outdoor installation, free standing floor mounted with degree of protection IP 65 and locking arrangements. Bus bar details : Material shall be alluminum bus bar, sleeving heat shrinkable type, with bus bar sizes for phase 50mmx12mm aluminium Flat, neutral 50x12mm aluminium flat and bus bar support of epoxy type. Painting Detais : Pillar box shall be powder coated and painted with two coats of synthetic enamel spray paint over a coat of redoxide primer.

Supply and laying in trenches or in cable ducts HDPE DWC pipe of size 110mm(OD)x95mm(ID) alongwith connected accessories like couplers,bends,end caps etc for LT/HT cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Lifting RCC cover slabs of size 2 to 4 meters long, 1 to 1.5 meter width and upto 300mm thick and about 2 to 4 tons in weight lying on jetty by cutting /chipping the clearance groove all around ,keeping aside using a crane for layiing of new LT cables/water pipe line including removing of old water pipes of any type and any size and making good surface with PCC 1:2:4 complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (a) two or three slabs shall be taken out/removed as per site condition for laying the new water pipe line in the span of 4 to 5 meters, as per site requirement extra slabs if required to remove it will be also measured separately (b) Cost of T & P required for the work shall be included in the quoted rate. (c) Site will be available in a restricted manner and prior approval shall be obtained before work (d) Contractor is liable for any damage caused to existing services or structtures during the execution of work.

Supply and fix in replace old of fire yard hydrant stand post 80mm dia MS flange type of 1.50m height complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing in replace of old Gun metal ,single outlet type fire hydrant landing valve, type B ISI marked of size 63mm dia internal flanged type complete with brass spindle cast iron wheel, gasket, nut bolts for mounting in flanged MS pipes and instaneous coupling ISI marked, confirming minimum operating pressure 7 Kg/cm2 complete all as specified and directed.
