S & F 0.63mm thick, galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap,fixed with coach screw and washer, in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair GI metal suspended ceiling system OREO GI lay in plain of 600 x 600 x 0.5mm (TEGULAR) Edge tiles in global white colour to be laid on strong 24mm T-section flanges colour white having rotary stitching on the main runner with web height of 38mm. Note: (i) To comprise main runner spaced at 1200mm centres securly fixed to the structural soffit at 1200 mm maximum centre. The first/last suspension system at the end of each main runner should not be greater than 450mm from the adjacent wall. Flush fitting 1200 mm long cross tees to be interlocked between main runners at 600 mm centre to form 1200 x 600 mm module. Cut cross tees longer than 600mm require independant support. 600 x 600 mm module to be formed by fitting 600mm long flush fitting cross tees centrally between the 1200mm cross tees. Perimeter trim to be wall angles of size 3000 x 19 x 19mm, secured to walls at 450mm maximum centres. M & L for plain fillets, square, rectangular or triangular in section, and secured with nails or brads, using IInd class hard-wood clean sawn in sectional area exc 13 sq.cm and not exc 25 sq.cm complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for plain fillets, bull nosed, splayed, chamfered or rounded on one edge or face in section, and secured with nails or brads, using IInd class hard-wood clean sawn in sectional area exc 6 sq.cm and not exc 13 sq.cm complete all as specified.

Preparation of New Non-AC ceiling boards surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified.

M & L for 12 mm thick Prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to timber frame work including aluminium anodised beading & rubber packing fixed in repairs complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for prelaminated particle board 19mm thick, interior grade prelaminated one side with decorative choice laminations and other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to timber / steel frame work as in wall panelling/cupboard, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork built in cement mortar including all quioins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for brickwork with subclass `B` bricks, in straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

M & L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair PVC (SWR) pipes 110 mm dia single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls, Valley gutter, roof sheet etc. including necessary arrangement for fixing complete all as specified & directed.

S & F Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to stepsincluding embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts;posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any description and in position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L reinforcement cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) (nominal mix) in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like and in shelves and the like including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed .

S&F mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including crancking bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire not less than 0.5mm dia or securing with clips quality confirming to deformed or twisted bars complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 6mm thick external teak wood lipping for 18/19 mm thick particle board fixed with nails complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Welded steel wire fabric(weight n.exc 4kg/sqm) complete to wood or steel members complete all as specified and directed

Taking down chowkhats or frames area n. exc 1.5 sqm each and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No. 34.00 here-in-before but area exc 1.5 sqm n. exc. 4 sqm .

S & F Powder coated Anodised aluminium sections required for aluminium partition, aluminium channel, aluminium window and ventilator shutters having side hung type without sash bars, aluminium door with one or more rebeates including joining cleats for fixing aluminium framework etc & all necessary arrangement for fixing with wall( frame fixed to wall alongwith dash through board ) & ceiling complete all as specified. (glass,beading & builders hardware shall be measured & paid for separately) (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron)

S & F Anodised aluminium frame powder coated for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified

S & F 5.5mm thick tinted glass fixed in aluminium frame, window frames, aluminium beading etc with rubber packing in panels complete all as specified.

Demolition of Cement concrete (Unreinforced) of any description in ground floors and pavings n exe 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate as floor finished even and smooth using extra cement.

M & L as in repair for PCC 1:3:6 Type C2 using 40 mm graded aggregate in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 80 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc,complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

M & L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc,complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm gaded stone aggregate as in in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair for 2mm thick fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugation side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof, wall etc. complete all as specified.

M &L for complete removal of existing treatment with sand paper or iron patti / flat and applying white cement based wall care putty on wall of Average thickness 2.00 mm using blade / spatula to prepare surfaces even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Preparation of old decorative surfaces including scraping down smoke dust mould, mean cut salt and trading oils and greasy spot etc. on wall including cornices, plasters etc. (plastered or unplastered surfaces) and spplying two coat of white (lime) wash on old washed surfaces all as specified complete.

M&L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of oil bond distemper of any approved tint complete all as specified.

S & F in repair of 1.8mm thick polycarbonate plain roof cover sheet fixed with coach screw and washers fixed as in repairs complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement or lime plaster of any description from stone or brick walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water and disposing off the rubbish complete all as specified or directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Rendering 15mm thick in cement plaster 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces incl finishing surface w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

M & L for Rendering 20mm thick in cement plaster 1:6 on stone masonry work incl finishing surface w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for preparation of new plastered wall surfaces and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed

S & F Continuous (piano) hinges, mild steel, bright finish or electrogalvanised (width of flaps 30mm when open) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of steel/iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth & applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of red oxide complete all as specified.

M&L for curtain rod powder coated ornamental type dia 25 mm & overall thickness 25 mm including taking out the existing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for wall to wall brackets for 25 mm rods including taking out the existing complete all as specified & directed

Amount of credit of Rs. 1,74,577.00 for retrived old material as mentioned in Schedule 'A' section-II of tender document in pdf form, will be deducted offline while acceptence of tender.
