Taking down cement plaster on brick, concrete or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. of any description complete, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand ) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings complete, all as specified and directed. Note :- Payment for providing grooves shall be made separately.

Material and labour forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete, all as specified and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces on walls in CM 1:4 finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint of shade as approved over a coat of cement primer on wall surfaces complete, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old plastered surfaces and applying one coat of cement base paint of shade as approved complete, all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc complete, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class "B" bricks (old size) straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in CM 1:4 complete, all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No 08 above but except bricks . Note : Old demolition serviceable bricks obtained from Serail item No.07 above shall be reused after properly cleaning etc)

Material and Labour for plain cement concrete( 1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channel and drains etc complete, all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finised drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds mitred/stopped ends etc complete, all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness ( below or above ground level) and disposing the rubbish to a distance exceeding 50m but not exceeding 100m away to low lying areas complete, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in sub base of floor complete, all as specified and directed..

Material and labour for 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring Finishing fair and even complete, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Machine pressed coloured precast concrete interlocking paver block of 60mm thickness any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 , M-35 grade with grey cement and pigments complete, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete, all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Asbestos cement ( corrugated, semicorrugated ,etc.) /fibre sheet and in roof coverings complete, all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc complete, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in soft/loose soil n exc 0.5 cu.m each, getting out ,returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and makingthe surface good complete, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour cutting holes (not exc 150sqcm) or into wallls or through brick walls built in Cement Mortar and making good with cement mortar 1:3 or Cement Concrete 1:2:4 ,type B-1 , as required at site or asdirected by Engineer-in-charge complete, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour cement concrete 1:3:6,type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone agregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete, all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Rolled mild steel work Fe 410 -W (Grade E- 250) ,quality A, as in fencing posts with or without Y/U/Swan Neck made of angle or other section, made to shape complete, welding, drilled for fixing or holding of barbed wire or chain link mesh , etc. or for fixing or holding of fibre glass sheet ; to be prepared for hanging or steel hanging fittings; also fastening and fixing complete, all as specified anddirected by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S 1161-1979 grade St. 240 complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing Pre-painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing 2 mm thick Fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in colour having tensile strength of as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete, all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion in concrete, brick work, masonry, etc. and making good disturbed ground complete, all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in repairs Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Each line wire to be measured

Material and labour for two coats of black bituminous paint with of surfaces of any description wood, steel,iron,concrete,brick,stone etc exceeding 10 cm in width or girth complete, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour preparation of old painted surfaces of steel of any description over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete, all as specified and directed.

Providing precast cement concrete louvres and jallis, 25 mm thick(measured solid) of type B0 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregate and set in cement mortar 1:4),,including apply a coat of primerand prearing the new surface including all moulding but excluding frame complete, all as speified and directed.

Dismantling of One Way Trellis work (Jafri), including taking as under of battens in trellis (posts and rails measured separately) complete, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour Providing precast cement concrete in window or door,cills,lintels columns, posts,boundary pillars bed plates,pintle blocks, type B-1 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) and with plain fair faces including chamfers weatherings,throating etc.and setting in cement mortar (1:4) complete, all specified and directed.

Material and labour two coats of synthetic enamel painting or surfaces over 10 cm in width or girth over a coat of red oxide primer not otherwise described including preparation of new surfaces complete, all as specified and directed.
