M/o Various schemes under East Zone.

1.0) Overhauling checking, servicing, greasing of the Main fire Pump after necessary repairs/ relplacement of internal defective parts as required and re-testing & commissioning of the Horizontal type, multistage, centrifugal pump of cast iron body & bronze impeller with stainless steel shaft, mechanical seal to ensure minimum pressure of 3.5kg./sq.cm at highest and farthest outlet, at specified flow of 2280 LPM at 56-70m head. the Job also includes putting the same in automatic operation mode of the Main pump set to make it functional as per Delhi Fire Service requirements complete as required.

2.0) Overhauling checking, servicing, greasing and refixing of the Jockey Pump after necessary repairs/ relplacement of internal defective parts as required and re-testing & commissioning of the Horizontal type, multistage, centrifugal pump of cast iron body & bronze impeller with stainless steel shaft, mechanical seal and flow of 180 LPM at 90 m head conforming to IS: 1520 the Job also includes putting the same in automatic operation mode of the Main pump set to make it functional as per Delhi Fire Service requirements complete as required.

3.0) Overhauling checking, servicing, greasing and refixing of the Terrace Pump after necessary repairs/ relplacement of internal defective parts as required and re-testing & commissioning of the Horizontal type, multistage, centrifugal, split casing pump of cast iron body & bronze impeller with stainless steel shaft, mechanical seal and flow of 450 LPM 35 mtr head squirrel cage induction motor TEFC type suitable for operation on 415 volts, 3 phase 50 Hz AC with IP 55 class of protection for enclosure, horizontal foot mounted type with class- F insulation. the Job also includes putting the same in automatic operation mode of the Main pump set to make it functional as per Delhi Fire Service requirements complete as required.

4.0) Overhauling checking, servicing, greasing and refixing of the Terrace Pump after necessary repairs/ relplacement of internal defective parts as required and re-testing & commissioning of the Horizontal type, multistage, centrifugal, split casing pump of cast iron body & bronze impeller with stainless steel shaft, mechanical seal and flow of 950 LPM 35 mtr head squirrel cage induction motor TEFC type suitable for operation on 415 volts, 3 phase 50 Hz AC with IP 55 class of protection for enclosure, horizontal foot mounted type with class- F insulation. the Job also includes putting the same in automatic operation mode of the Main pump set to make it functional as per Delhi Fire Service requirements complete as required.

5.0) Reconditioning, Overhauling, Checking, Servicing Diesel Engine i/c changing engine oil, lube oil/ lube oil filter, cleaning of fuel strainer & pre-filter, checking & servicing of fuel injector, flushing the radiator, cleaning of filter element, servicing of belt drives, inspecting & servicing of V-belt (2 Nos.), checking & adjusting valve clearance, setting of fuel pump timing etc., of Horizontal type, multistage, centrifugal pump of cast iron body & bronze impeller with stainless steel shaft, mechanical seal to ensure minimum pressure of 3.5kg./sq.cm at highest and farthest outlet, at specified flow of 2280 LPM at 56-70m head conforming to IS :1520. complete as reqd.

6.0) Dismantling, removing, and reinstalling the existing Hose reel 30 mtr. long (20mm nominal) internal dia water hose thermo plastic(textile reinforced) type-2 as per IS: 12585 i/c providing the clamping etc., complete as reqd.

7.0) Supplying and fixing 63mm dia , 15m long RRL hose pipe with 63 mm dia male & female coupling duly bound with GI wire , rivets etc. confirming to IS: 636 (type -A) as required. (i) Stainless Steel (Grade 304)

8.0) Providing, fixing, testing & commissioning of 15 mm dia quartzoid bulb type Pendent/Upright sprinklers of rating 68 degree centigrade with required accessories complete as required.

9.0) Reconditioning,overhauling,servicing,cleaning and welding including making proper connection of all existing wet riser, sprinkler and hydrant system consisting of different sizes butterfly valves /sluice valves/Non Return Valve/Strainer, hydrant valve, hosereel drum, air vessel, fire brigade connection, wet riser and hydrant piping etc. including repairs/replacement of internal defective parts,greasing,oiling, gaskit & replacement of defective air vessels so as to make them in proper functional condition etc complete as required as per all site location and obtaining renewal of NOC from Delhi Fire Service.

10.0) Repair of the existing of 4 to 8 zone micro processor based intelligent addressable main fire alarm panel, including replacement of internal defective parts, re-wiring etc. providing glass of main door as required i/c re-testing & commissioning etc., complete as required & operating at 24 VDC comprising of audio & visual alarm indication of Fire, continuous status indications of Health/Fire/Faulty Zones, Fire/Fault test switches, zone isolation switch with indicators and also test switch for system test, sounder alarm. Silence alarm and a switch for resetting the whole system with audio-visual indications etc., as required.
