Material and labour of demolition of old PCC pole and Supply and erect steel tubular swaged poles Momplete with cast iron base plate, final taper plug, bolts nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-55 ( 11 mtr long) erecting in position all as specified/shown on drawing complete with two coat of aluminum base paint over a coat of red oxide paint and black and white strip each 30cm long upto 1.5 mtr height from ground and writing pole number with black paint and complete, all as specified and directed. Location :- MAP Sub Stations and TOP -I Power House and Inf Bde Area. Note: (i) Excavation Earth work and foundation will be measured and paid seperately under relevent \tems.

Material and labour for PCC ( 1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for coping pedestal of poles. Including necessary form work fair finished to exposed surface complete, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded broken stone aggregate as in mass concrete in foundation of stays and poles complete, all as specified and directed.

Excavates and relaying HT cables loops near the poles / transformers, cutting the damages/burnt parts of cable and reconnecting its into positions complete with thimbles, nut bolts, sleaves complete, all as specified and directed.

Prunning of trees of over head lines of any voltage by taking proper shutdown & removing the same from site upto a distance of 50 mtr away complete, all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for restrainging ACSR conductor HT/LT providing proper sag all as specified and directed. Note : Upto 5 conductor will be consider as one span only complete, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for jointing broken/ lying on ground conductor and restrach the same conductor with straching of 3 to 4 span complete with maintaing proper sag complete, all as specified and directed. Note :- Conductor required for jointing broken conductor shall be included in the quoted rate. No extra payment shall be made to the contractor for the same.

Material and labour for replacement of electrical shock treatment chart in Hindi ,english and Punjabi complete with figures and letters complete of size not less than 50 cm x 75 cm OR as per Engr-in-Charge complete, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for locating the fault in VCB, repair/ replacement of defected items, drying moisture from VCB and common complete bus bar of system and restand the elect supply complete, all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) All tools and plant including blower/ gas cylinder, spray for cleaning bus bar , spray for bus bar insulation , cleaning clothes , emergency lighting arrange in power house for repair work and other equipment will be arranged by the contractor with no extra cost paid to contractor. (ii) One VCB and common complete HT bus bar of different VCB will be catered as on Job (iii) Contractor shall deposit / Procure all the material in advance to avoid any late night fault/ after market hours / non availability of material in market. The elect supply shall be restore within 5 hours from the time of tripping / fault in day or night in the stn, failing this a panelty of Rs 2000/- per complaint / fault will be imposed on the contractor from contractor dues. (iv) Minimun one VCB shall be produce to contractor for restand/ repair for one visit. Contractor will not demand all VCB repair in one visit. Visit and Repair charges of electrician and helper are included in the quoted rate. no extra charges paid to contractor.

Material and labour for locating the fault in Transformer of any capacity , pole mounted/ plinth mounted, laid indoor on ground , repair/ replacement of defected gasket, HT bush , LT bush, replacement of thimble of transformer 100 KVA to 630 KVA , maggering transformer for detecting fault and retapping complete and make the transformer serviceable complete, all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) All tools and plant including magger , ladder and othe equipment will be arranged by the contractor with no extra cost paid to contractor. (ii) One transformer will be catered as on Job (iii) Contractor shall deposit / Procure all the material in advance to avoid any late night fault/ after market hours / non availability of material in market. The elect supply shall be restore within 5 hours from the time of tripping / fault in day or night in the stn, failing this a panelty of Rs 2000/- per complaint / fault will be imposed on the contractor from contractor dues. (iv) Minimun one transformer shall be produce to contractor for restand/ repair for one visit. Contractor will not demand all job in one visit. Visit and Repair charges of electrician and helper are included in the quoted rate. no extra charges paid to contractor. (v) Strip opening of transformer for detecting fault shall be included in the quoted rate. No extra amount shall be paid to the contractor. (vi) Gasket, Copper / Aluminum thimble, HT/ LT Tape for any size of transformer will be included in the quoted rate . No extra amount shall be paid to the contractor for the same. (vii) LT/ HT rod , transformer oil and insulator shall be measured and paid seperately.

Material and labour for disconnecting all the transformer, connection (Indoor/ Outdoor, Plinth/Pole Mounted any type anywhere) and carry transformer to other location (TOP -II Yard) and shifting other transformer to the location of fault under the arrangement of contractor and connecting all the connection and make the light serviceable / functional complete, all as specified and directed. Note :- All tools, plants and vehicle for lifting and disconnection of connection from LT/HT side complete shall be arranged by the contractor and not extra payment shall be paid to the contractor for the same.

Servicing and repair/maint of HV SF6 Circuit Breaker of Capacity 72.5 KV, 31.5 KA 1600 Amp at 66 KV alongwith tripping system and carried out the following repair made for smooth operation complete, all as specified and directed:- (a) Cleaning and greasing of mechanism, Operation, trip and close electrical and manual mode, Spring charging testing electrical and manual mode, Cleaning of panel insulator CT &PT unit, (b) Service will be carried out through PSPCL /Service Engineer of Manfacturer /Authorised Service Engineer only. (c) The cost of minor spare parts i.e nut and bolts, springs, grommets, clips, pin etc essentially required to make the breaker serviceable shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (d) Any other repair such as service and repair for Manual handle operation unit as well as operated spring etc complete rate including in quoted rate. Gas charging of SF6 Gas is Measure & paid saperately.

Material and labour for Servicing, cleaning and greasing of complete operating contacts of 66 KV Sub Stn Grid of 04 Nos power transformer through PSPCL mechanical team including grease and other cleaning material all as required at site complete, all as specified and directed. Note :- Necessary shut down shall be take from PSPCL . (i) Grease for the work shall be included in the quoted rate. No extra payment shall be made to contractor for the same.(ii) Testing of Mechanism of Isolator & setting of moving parts/contacts of Male/female contact of 66KV Isolators work shall be included in the quoted rate.

Material and labour for painting to steel gantry towers & beams for 66 KV outdoor type switch yard complete including all accessories and equipment, support, structrure including preparation of steel surface by scraping and removing old paint, applying a coat of red oxide primer and two coats good quality of aluminium paint as per following:- (a) Approximatly 11 mtr high towers (vertical) - 18 Nos (b) Approximatly 03 Mtr high towers (vertical) - 40 Nos (c ) Approximatly 06 Mtr long (Horizontal) towers - 10 Nos (d) Stand for highly arrested 3 mtr long x 2 mtr width support- 08 Nos (e) Greasing of all contact points in 66 KV switch yard. Note:- All the painting work will be carried out in the 66KV yard after proper shut down from PSPCL and complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repalcement of 66KV lightening surge arrestor discharge current capacity 10 KAP class -II,Rated voltage 120KV including Surge counter with metal oxide gapless type as per existing technical specification and size for one phase complete, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for filling of SF6 Gas repair of 66 KV HV SF6 breaker as per existing technical specification and size complete with 25 kg Capacity of Gas cylinder including SF6 gas leakage test carried out complete, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing earthing of advance chemical earthing system of copper pipe chemrod 3 mtrs long 50mm dia filled with highly conducting metallic compounds with the permanent sealings at both the ends. Top of the earth electrode shall be compressed to form an extended lead with 2 holes for connecting the strip / wire to the load. To ensure the moisture content and clectrical conductivity each earting pit shall be provided with minimum 2 bags of 25 Kg chemical compound. An arrangement for connection of copper strip 25 x 3 mm to rod to be made with given teminal point through gas welding, including polymer chamber with cover proper cover alongwith locking arrangement and necessary excavation in any type of soil , returning filling in removal of surplus soil complete, all as specified and directed. Note :- Chemical earthing shall only be carried out in presence of company representative and a test report of earthig alongwith result sheet shall be submitted by the company through contractor.

Material and labour for danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white , with numeric, letters in \hindi ,English and including local language and conventional skull and bones in signal red and fixed with MS Clamps , bolts and nuts of approved size (25x20cm) for EHV (66 KV ) or (11000 Volt) ,of suitable size complete, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for taking down of defective step down transformer 11 KV / 0.433, Opening up the top cover by taking out the transformer oil in a separate container after disconnecting/taking out the HT/LT side electric connections from both the primary & secondary side of the transformer of any type/ description (indoor/outdoor type ) installed on floor/pole for carrying out necessary repair/rewinding to HT/LT side or any other repair as required after shifting the transformer to contractor's work shop including taking out complete core assembly, Magger the winding for identifying the fault/defective winding, seggregating the defective winding portion/taking out, cleaning the laminated core rewinding with appropriate gauge winding wire of existing description for transformer of capacity 400 to 630 KVA including assembling & testing on completion & installation the same at the site complete, all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Winding of coil and spares required as per repair shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. (ii) The transpotation charges and taking down/taking up of transformer are inclusive in the quoted rates. (iii) The cost for the dehydration of transformer oil if reqd shall be measured & paid separately. (iv) The cost of insulation material such as paper, cotton tape , latheroid sheet , casl sheet, Oil seal etc are inclusive in the quoted rate. (v) The transformer will be opened in presence of Egnr-in-charge / JE in charge All testing of transformer after repair will be fwd by Contractor on his duly signed by manufacuturer / factory which repair transformer before despatch from the factory.

(ii) PI value test for 20 seconds and 120 seconds. (iii) No load current test. (iv) Magnetic balance test. (v) Short circuit test. (vi) Testing of tap changer. (vii) Tan/delta test of transformer. (viii) Dielectric strength of transformer Oil (xi) Dissolved gas analysis test (b) 66 KV SF-06 Breaker (03 Nos) - Tests to be carried out by the power Grid Corporation of PSEB Protectiion team. Following test shall be carried out :- (i) IR value both in open and close position. (ii) Continuity of breaker in closed position. (iii) Tripping and closing of breaker. (iv) Functioning of all the tripping system/relays displayed on the control relay panel-such as differential o/c, earth fault, metering circuits and all other protection emanating from transformer - oil temp trip, OLTC trip, winding temp gauge trip, bucholz relay, inter trip etc, calibration of all the relays and complete Panel for time observed with respect to time set primary injection of all the CTs, complete all as specified and directed.

(v) Greasing/oiling of all the moving parts. (vi) Operation/working of charging motor and limit switch. (c ) Testing of 11KV, VCB breaker- 16 Nos through Power Grid Corporation of India PSEB. The equipments to be tested through Protection team PSEB are as under:- Following tests to be carried out on each breaker ( Nos of Breaker - 16 Nos) ;- (i) IR Value for open/close circuit- fault relay, over load earth fault relay etc (ii) Tripping and closing time in M/S. (iii) Operation - both manual and through motor. (iv) Functioning of indicators. (v) Continuity. (vi) CT ration through primary injection. (vii) Polarity test. (viii) Testing of all the protection relay - i.e. o/c, earth fault, instantaneous, trip suspension, auxiliary relay etc. (ix) Operation/working of charging motor and limit switch. (x) Calibration of all relay, male, female contracts of VCB. Notes : (i) Any part/spare found defective during testing shall be repaired/replaced for which payment shall be made separately against respective items here in after. (ii) Test sheet shall be prepared as specified under PS clause and shall be produced.
