Painting two or more coats with synthetic enamel paints in all shades on old wood work or metallic or plastered or concrete surface to give an even shade including rubbing down old paint.

Distempering with dry distemper of approved manufacture one coat on old distempered work

Applying pink primer or aluminum priming coat on wood work including preparation of surface knotting and stopping etc.

Painting two or more coats excluding priming coat with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on wood work, metallic or plastered, concrete surface to give an even shade.

Finishing walls with cement based water soluble exterior paint such as snowcem, robbiacem etc. two or more coats to give an even shade

Supplying and fixing glass panes with glazing clips and special metal sash putty of approved make.

Glass panes 4mm or 10.75 kg / sqm exceeding 0.4 sqm of area

Terracing consiting of tiles 22.86x11.43x3.83cm laid over 25 mm mud plaster 7.5 cm mud filling on another layer of 25mm mud plaster including two coats of bitumen laid hot at 1.65 Kg. /Sqm top of R.C.C. slab including grouting with cement sand mortar 1:4 and top surface to be left clean after wire brushing

One No. RCC OHSR 50000 ltrs capacity having height 20.00 mtr up to FSL and 18.00 m upto bottom slab has been already exists at site. The Repair of OHSR has been taken in this estimate.

Providing & fixing G.I. Barbed wire 3 ply fencing around the head works site in three rows complete in all respects including cost of winding wire & aluminum painting complete in all respects as per standard Drawing D-6 & 8 (as per Analysis A-6)

Repair of masonry Corner pillar including cost of cement pointing as per standard drawing D-3 & Analysis of Rates A-5 complete in all respects.

Providing & fixing angle iron pickets with angle 40mm x 40mm x 6mm including cost of concrete & painting complete in all respects as per standard Drawing.

Providing & fixing D.Hook complete with MS Bolts size 300mm x 18mm as per standard Drawing D-7 & Analysis A-7

Providing, installing, testing & commissioning of one No. Electronically actuated, Diaphragm Operated, Metering system, Chemical Doshing Chlorinator, suitabel for delivering 0.5 to 6 Liters of Bleaching Powder Solution/ Sodium Hypo solution per hour under maximum delivery pressure upto 7 kg.cm2, and suction lift not less then 1.5, as per DWSS standard specifications.

Repair and Removing of leakage in existing pipe lines including earth work, bailing out water and with material such as PVC Pipe, Tee, Bend & CI D-joints complete in all respects.

Supplying,fixing and testing at site Automatic electronic type water level indication system with gun metal float sensor and electrical cable suitable for three phase pump submersible / monoblock to be fixed on existing panel for OHSRs complete in all respects.

Provision for imporovement of Existing Water Connections complete in all respects.

Providing proposed water connection to house hold up to wall with providing, laying jointing, testing MDPE pipe lines 15mm i/d=2.00 mtr & G.I. Pipe lines 15mm i/d = 2.50 mtr including cost of specials such as tees, bends, sockets, elbow etc. cutting, threading, and testing in trenches in the ground and ISI marked 15mm i/d GM ferrule as per IS: 2692 and 3" i/d clamp with C.I. bib cock 15mm i/d as per IS:210 with stainless steel spindle of approved make as per CSR 30.65(b) complete (On Existing Pipeline)

Providing & fixing PVC Pipes & Specials 6Kg / cm2 including cost of earth work in excavation & back filing complete.

Providing & fixing C.I/D.I Flanged end, stem of SS (AIS 1410) and Bronze(gunmetal) working parts Sluice Valves ISI marked 14846-2000, including jointing , testing & cost of Nut ,Bolt & insertion sheet, all carriage complete (with the approval of Engineer in-charge).
