Labour only for servicing of ceiling fan at site of any size and make including oiling, greasing, cleaning of blades, checking of working speed, quarter pin, rubber real and replacement of unserviceable parts and taking down, rehanging after cleaning, servicing the fan as and when required bases all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item No 1 here-in-before but exhaust fans of any size and any make.

Labour only for transportation to workshop, unscrewing body parts of ceiling fans of any make/brands & opening of the stator & rotor of ceiling fans of 1200 mm sweep size, excluding cutting & taking out worn out copper winding of fans, filling the warnish insulation between each winds & covering each loops of winding by sleeves and reassembling of complete fan by fixing servicable old and new parts of fans i.e. rubber bush of condensor & shackle housing, capacitor, gun metal bushes, ball bearings complete all as per manufacturers design air delivery including greasing, oiling & testing of fans all as per manufacturers design & speed all as specified and directed by Engr -in-Charge. Notes :- (i). The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of taking out defective parts and fixing new parts. All new parts shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of the schedule. (ii). The rates for refixing & taking out servicable parts shall be deemed to be included in unit rate quoted. (iii). New parts shall be of respective makes of fans. (iv). New copper windings shall be measured and paid as supply only vide relevant items of this schedule. (v). The unit rates quoted shall deemed to be inclusive of writing of MES No of fans. (vi) After reassembling all fans shall be tested for the speed all as directed. (vii) Transportation of fans from AGE E/M store to winding workshop and back is deemed to be included in unit rate quoted.

Supply, layng and connecting power cable in repair insulated screened PVC bedded, unarmoured, sheathed, electric power cables 1100 volts grade with stranded copper conductor of size 0.5 Sqmm 3 core (from ceiling rose to fan) all specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of unserviceable/ rusted/ bended fan blade set, (sample as approved by GE) heavy duty suitable for ceiling fan of size 1200mm sweep all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of unserviceable/rusted/ bended fan blade set, (sample as approved by GE) heavy duty suitable for ceiling fan of size 1400mm sweep all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of unserviceable/rusted/ bended fan blade set (sample as approved by GE), heavy duty suitable for exhaust fan / pedestal fan / air circulated fan / table fan above 200 mm and upto 450 mm sweep as per sample all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for disconnecting and taking down the defective storage type water heater (Geyser) of 15 Ltr/25 Ltr/35 Ltr/50 Ltr capacity and refixing in same position after necessary repairs all as specified and directed. Note :- The repairs and renewal will be measured & paid separately under the respective item of this schedule.

Supply & fix in repair heating element 2.0 KW capacity of appropriate shape suitable for storage type water heater (Geyser) all as specified and directed. Make:- Recold/Pearl/Ditz.

Supply and fix in repair PVC connection pipe with PTMT nuts heavy duty ISI marked internally metal coated suitable for fixing from outlet of water pipe to inlet of geyser and from geyser to inlet of hot water pipe and carrying hot water (heat upto 45 degree centrigrade) of length 600mm all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 40 herein before but 900 mm length.

Supply and fix in repair anchor fastner stud bolt with nut and washer and pin (heavy duty) suitable for fixing of geyser to wall/ angle iron of length upto 150mm all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair NRV by providing new cast copper alloy NRV 15 mm dia all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparing old geyser of 25/35/50 Ltr capacity of any make by removing all dust, dirt, scale, scrapping out old patchy paint and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair safety valve for geyser of any cap/size (sample as approved by GE) all as specified and directed.

Taking down electric motor of capacity 40 to 75 HP by disconnecting electric connection and removing from star/tyre coupler, nuts, bolts, washers for repairing /replacement of unserviceable parts including transportation to workshop and re-installing the same after repair work all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
