Taking out existing unserviceable XLPE insulated armoured, heavy duty, electric cable with aluminium conductors 11000 volts of any size laid in trenches, ducts along the walls, through pipes, under road, pole etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable/serviceable un-reinforced concrete PCC cable covers from excavated trench all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5m deep, getting out the excavated earth, forming bottom surfaces to required gradient in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soils to a distance n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the straight point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning using dry and clean tibba sand in two layers, first layers of 8cm thick before laying of cable and second layer of 15cm thick after laying of cable in trenches/ducts including consolidation of each layers, punned thickness 18 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for fixing of new un-reinforced pre-cast concrete cable covers, class HV, Type 1, flat, size 300mmx l80mm x 40mm complete all as specified.

Supply and laying on wall/ in ground/ on pole, ISI marked XLPE insulated armoured, heavy duty, electric cable of size 120 Sqmm 3 Core with aluminium conductors 11000 volts laid in floors, ducts, pipes drawn across the road/ paths/ drain/ along poles/ walls/ floor/ equivalent etc including jointing & testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying on wall/ in ground/ on pole, ISI marked XLPE insulated armoured, heavy duty, electric cable of size 95 Sqmm 3 Core with aluminium conductors 11000 volts laid in floors, ducts, pipes drawn across the road/ paths/ drain/ along poles/ walls/ floor/ equivalent etc including jointing & testing complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down air break gang operated switch vertical / horizontal mounted including insulators and operating mechanism / replacement of old unserviceable air break switches of 400 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 11 KV 3 Phase Gang operated air break switch 400 amp capacity, horizontal type complete with locking arrangement and fixing the gang operated switch on existing two/four pole structure including making all jumper connections with insulated leads of suitable size with line tops etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 to 185 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.
