Design, manufacture, supply, installation, erection ,testing & commissioning of 20 meter height integral type hot dipped galvanised high mast (as per approved make list of AAI) with in built power tool suitable for wind velocity as per IS -875 , luminaries carriage suitable to install luminaries as per lighting design complying ICAO/DGCA CAR standards complete with all accessories like lightning finial , double/triple drum winch ,compensating disc, counter weight (of suitable no. LED Flood light luminiaries as approved by E-I-C) etc , head frame ,SS wire rope ,trailing cable , connectors ,mannual handle , junction box complete as required as per manufacturer design. This item also includes following: i) Necessary design & costing of suitable foundation with M25 grade concrete as per site condition or OEM recommended along with all civil materials/supplies i/c supply and erection of suitable nos of foundation bolts , anchor plates,common template, nuts wahsers etc. complete as required ii) Supply of suitable no. aesthetically designed LED Flood lights as per the lighting design approved by E-I-C to acheive minimum lux level in the apron area as per ICAO/DGCA CAR standards complete and as per techinical specifications for each high mast. iii)Supply of LED Type low intensity aviation obstruction light suitable for single phase, 230 V, 50 HZ AC supply and as per ICAO standard etc. complete as required for each high mast. iii) Installation ,testing and commisioning of all required luminaries including obstruction light as per design with switch gears, required wiring/cabling,cable connection from panel to mast top & fitting, cable connection with lantern carriage & aviation obstruction light, connection and interconnection complete as required and as per particular specificaions enclosed.

High Mast Main Outdoor PANEL Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of dust & vermin proof outdoor type, IP-54, floor mounted feeder pillar of suitable size on cement concrete foundations generally conforming to IS 5039 and to withstand rough usage and weather, with canopy, suitable for 415V+/-10%, 3 Phase, 4 wire 50 Hz AC supply system, fabricated from CRCA sheet steel of 2 mm thick for frame work and covers, 3 mm thick for gland plates, having TPN Aluminium alloy bus bars with 100% size neutral bus as that of phase bus. The panel shall be fabricated with hinged centre opening type double doors (fabricated out of 2mm CRCA sheet steel) on front side with locking arrangement, suitable angle/ channels frame in the bottom, legs for grouting in foundation, openable cable protection covers at bottom portion, painting etc, entire panel shall have a common GI earth bus bar of size as per IS 3043 subject to minimum 40mm x 5mm at the rear with 2 Nos. earth stud, solid/ flexible connections from main earth bus bar to switchgears with required size of Cooper conductors/ bus bars and control wiring with 2.5 sqmm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor cable, cable alleys, control and interlocking of incomers, bus coupler and providing following switchgears/ accessories as per specifications. Incomer 2 Nos. 250A, 4P MCCB, Microprocessor based release (Ics = Icu = 35kA) with inbuilt O/L , S/C & E/F protection as per specification and each incommer shall be provided with following accessories. 1 Set of phase indicating LED lamps with 2 amp back up MCB. 1 No. 96 x 96 sqmm Digital MFM meter and 3 nos. Cast resin CTs of ratio 250/5A , Class 0.5 accuracy and 10 VA burden, suitable to measure voltage, Ampere, Frequency, Power Factor, KVA, KW, KVAH, KWH, MDI etc. 1 Set of ON/ OFF/TRIP Indicating LED Lamps With 2 Amp MCB for each incomer Buscoupler 1 Nos. 250A 4P MCCB, Microprocessor based release (Ics = Icu = 35kA) with inbuilt O/L , S/C & E/F protection as per specification with following accessories. 1 Set of ON/ OFF/TRIP Indicating LED Lamps With 2 Amp MCB Electrical & Mechnical Interlocking between both incomers & Buscoupler Busbars 4P aluminium bus bars of 250A capacity with heat shrinkable coloured sleeves including SMC bus bars supports at required intervals complete for cross section, size supports & their spacing etc. for withstanding fault level of 35 KA for 1 sec. SPD shall be with built in fuse and plugable type. For connecting SPD minimum 10sqmm copper wire must be used. High Mast outdoor Feeder Pillar Panel Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of dust & vermin proof ourdoor, IP-54, floor mounted feeder pillar of suitable size on cement concrete foundations generally conforming to IS 5039 and to withstand rough usage and weather, with canopy & suitable for 415V+/-10%, 3 Phase, 4 wire 50 Hz AC supply system. The panel shall be fabricated with 14 SWG M.S.sheet with hinged door on front side with locking arrangement, suitable angle/ channels frame in the bottom, legs for grouting in foundation, openable cable protection covers at bottom portion, painting etc. including supplying and fixing of following accessories and making inter connection, earth connection, neutral link, suitable TPN Bus bars of Aluminium alloy, etc.as per the drawings. Incomer: 63 Amps.4P,MCB, C-Series, 10kA - 1 No. RYB Indicating Lamp ( LED Type) - 1 set Ammeter with selector switch and suitable CT etc. -01 set Voltmeter with selector switch - 01 set Auto Manual Switch Power Contactor of 32 Amp with necessary timer & relay for automatic switching of Luminaries. Outgoing : 40 Amps. Laying of upto 90 mm dia HDPE/MS Pipe direct in underground at depth of 75 cm below ground level including soil excavation and refilling the trench etc. as required.
