| 3.00 | Chipping off existing loose and damaged concrete from RCC members, including all affected RCC columns, beams, slabs, and chajjas on both external and internal facades, beyond the main reinforcement (if deemed necessary by the Consultant), carefully using a chisel and hammer.
Providing and applying ‘Rusticide SS’ rust passivator (or equivalent, as specified in the approved brand list) to existing reinforcement bars, including wire brushing of the reinforcement, cleaning, and washing of the concrete surface—complete as directed.
Providing and applying two coats of rust preventor slurry, prepared using “Polyalk Fixoprime” or equivalent (as per specified brands) and cement in the ratio 1:1.5, on the existing reinforcement bars as directed.
Providing and applying a bonding coat of slurry, prepared with “Polyalk EP” or equivalent (as per approved brands) and cement in the ratio 1:1, over the concrete and reinforcement substrates—complete as directed.
Subsequently, providing and applying Polymer Modified Cement Mortar using “Polyalk EP” or equivalent, in the specified mix proportion 1:5:15 to RCC members, including hand packing, proper curing, and preparing the surface with a rough finish for further plastering.

| 4.00 | Opening of separation cracks at the junctions of RCC and masonry, wherever directed, by cutting into 'V'-shaped grooves measuring approximately 2” to 3” on either side of the crack.
The work shall include careful marking of the areas to be opened using a cutting machine, followed by skillful and cautious chiseling using a well-sharpened chisel and hammer, as instructed. The prepared surfaces shall be cleaned by wire brushing and thoroughly washed using a water jet on both concrete substrates and masonry walls.
All operations are to be carried out to the entire satisfaction of the Consultant, as per instructions.

| 5.00 | Moistening of cracks, followed by the application of a priming/bonding coat made of “Polyalk EP” and cement (or equivalent as specified in the approved list of brand names) in the ratio of 1:1 on the prepared surfaces, as instructed and directed.
Subsequently, the cracks/grooves shall be filled by providing and applying Polyalk EP polymer-modified cement mortar (or equivalent), mixed in the proportion 1:5:15 (Polyalk EP : Cement : Graded Sand/Quartz Sand) on the prepared surfaces. The surface shall then be finished flush with the existing plaster, including hand packing, curing, and matching the finish to the external plaster using wooden floats, punches, etc., complete in all respects, as specified and directed.
