Installation of 33 KV Isolators: Assembling and installation of line/Bus Isolator on the isolator structure. Adjusting of operating mechanism in proper alignment so as to ensure smooth operation of the same. In case of Line Isolator proper operation of earth links shall also be ensured. The work includes fabrication for proper fixing if required.

Fabrication and erection of cable support made of two pieces of G.I.Channel (100x50x6)mm, 2.75 meter long, joined to each other by means of 01 Nos. G.I.Channel (100x50x6)mm & 03 Nos. G.I.Angle (50x50x6) mm pieces of size 1.0Mtr long each by welding at equal intervals and grouting in a block of size (4500x4500x1000)mm (02 Nos) in C.C. 1:3:6. Work includes providing of 04 Nos. G.I. clamps made of (50x6)mm G.I. Flat for holding the cable including G.I.Nuts and bolts with stone Pad of size (300x300x75mm).

The excavation of foundation pit in mix soil/normal soil/soft soil & hard rock and its back filling and leveling etc. The size of the pit will be (750x450)mm and having depth of 1/6th of the full length of the support. Erection of support, complete with providing & fixing of all clamps size (65x8mm), Nut bolt & Washer, Stone Pad, Lugs, Al. Binding wire and other accessories as per drawing. The work includes carriage and handling of supports & hardware material from sectional store to pit site as well as an fabrication work if required. Fixing of 05 Nos. G.I.Channel 100x50x2.4Mtr (With arrangement of 06 Nos. 33KV Pin insulator with Pin). The work also includes cutting of channel/angles, making holes on G.I.Channel / G.I. Angle, spring washer of proper size for channel/angle. Contractor also provide G.I.Channel clamps and E- clamps at his own cost as per Respo Norms. Grouting of supports in CC 1:3:6 (Cement, sand & 20mm stone grift). Grouting will be done in the block of size (450x450)mm x1/6th of full length of the support, upto ground level, 300mm plinth above the ground level with C.C. 1:3:6 (Cement, Course sand and Stone grift) with muffing as per drawing. Providing & Earthing of supports with M.S.Earth Rod of (20x2500)mm long including excavation of pit and driving M.S.Rod 3.0M apart from suppor and 0.5M below the ground level and connecting belowl the earth electrodes with the help of G.I.wire No.6SWG, G.I.Nut bolt & washer and earthing lugs.

Making Jumpers on Sectional Pole, by providing & fixing of P.G.Clamps of proper sizes, suitable for Dog Conductor/ 33KV, 3x300Sq.mm XLPE cable. Riser Double Pole

Providing & fixing of SMC Danger board at each location as per specification of the drawing. Size 200mmx250mm & 3mm thickness with G.I.Clamp & nut & bolt for 33KV

Providing & fixing of SMC Number Plate at each location as per specification of the drawing. Size 200mmx250mm & 3mm thickness with G.I.Clamp & nut & bolt.

Making H.T.Connection of the proposed line from 33KV Line. The work consists of fixing & fabrication of Dropper Channels, & fixing of Disc Insulators, Pin Insulators, jumpering with P.G.Clamps, clamping and binding etc,as per site conditions.

Providing & Wrapping of barbed wire (2.0Kg per Pole) on 33KV ST Poles SP-55/SP-72 as anti-climbing device for a length of 0.9Mtr. Wire pitch/gap 13mm and fixing upper and lower end keeping lower end at a height of 2.75Mtr. from the ground, complete with providing and fixing of lower end & upper end clamps made of G.I.Flat 40x5mm complete with nuts&bolts.

Supply of Al. Paint & Red oxide Paint as per IS mark & PVVNL specification & Painting of following supports/structures of 33KVLine, with two coats of synthetic enamel aluminium paint after one coat of ready mix primer, including cost of all material, as well as rubbing/cleaning of surface as required for proper completion of work:- (i) Cable Riser double pole

Digging of Trench by excavation of earth of 1050x750mm size for 33KV line

Safe laying of 33KV, 3x300Sq.mm. XLPE Cable in Cable Trench to respective Double Pole.

Providing & Laying of Ist Class Bricks, along the length on both side of 33KV XLPE Cable in Cable Trench (minium 18No. Bricks/Mtr per Cable) and Stone Slab (Smooth surface both side) of size 400x600x40mm on top of the Cable, Providing 150mm thickness River sand for cushion beneath and 150mm above the cable as per specification.

Back filling of excavated earth in the cable trench upto the ground level and ramming properly.

Supply & Laying of HDPE Pipe PE-80, PN-6, DN-160mm dia by HDD trenchless method, as per site requirement.

Laying of 33KV, 3x300Sq.mm XLPE cable in HDPE Pipe PE-80, PN-6, DN-160mm dia by HDD trenchless method, as per site requirement.

Laying of 33KV, 3x300Sq.mm XLPE Cable in the air on cable Riser Double Pole, existing cable trench, Pucca trench, nala x-ing & G.I.Pipe and making connection with 33KV over head line at both ends.

Providing & Fixing 150mm dia 2mm thick 3M long G.I.Pipe over 33KV, 3x300Sq.mm XLPE Cable before mounting the 2No. Cable on double pole / Cable support structure. The work includes fixing of Clamp, sealing of top and bottom end of the G.I.Pipe. One end of G.I.Pipe is to be buried under earth about 500mm.

Providing & Fixing 150mm dia 2mm thick 2M long G.I.Pipe over 33KV, 3x300Sq.mm XLPE Cable before mounting the 2No. Cable on Cable support structure. The work includes fixing of Clamp, sealing of top and bottom end of the G.I.Pipe. One end of G.I.Pipe is to be buried under earth about 500mm.

Making of 33KV Outdoor type cable end termination by heat shrinkable XLPE Cable Jointing Kits and crimping with proper size aluminium lugs. Work includes providing Aluminum lugs, insulating tapes etc as per specifications.

Making of 33KV Straight through Cable Jointing Kits 3x300mm² and crimping of proper size aluminium lugs. Work includes providing insulating tapes etc as per specifications.

Supply & fixing of cable route marker along the route of 33KV cable with proper grouted with proper painting & marking PVVNL, 33KV HT Cable.

Road restoration charges for 1Mtr wide Kuccha Road (Inter locking Tiles, Bricks Road & Developed green belt only) or Deposite charges to take the permission/approval/NOC from any Development Authority/Govt. Body/Forest Deptt./and other concerned Deptt. for restoration of damaged property like Kuccha road, Inter locking Tiles and other utilities.

Road restoration charges for 1Mtr wide Pucca Road (Cemented, Concrete & Black road only) or Deposite charges to take the permission/approval/NOC from any Development Authority/Govt. Body/Forest Deptt./and other concerned Deptt. for restoration of damaged property like Pucca road, Inter locking Tiles and other utilities.
