REPAIRS TO DRAINS, CULVERTS, PATH, HARDSTANDING, KERB STONES AND OTHER MISC WORKS AT CHH SAMBHAJINAGAR MIL STATION UNDER GE (S) AHILYANAGAR

Taking down cement plaster on brick/ stone/ concrete wallls including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc all as specified and as directed.

PCC solid block masonry 1:3:6 type C1, exc 10 cm thickness/width built in CM 1:6 etc including demolition old block masonary work above or below GL in fould conditions or in anyother condition complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with fly ash bricks old size straight or curved on plan exc 6 cm mean radius in Cement mortor 1:6 etc including demolition of old brick work above or below GL in foul conditions or in any other condition completed all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Cement concrete 1:3:6, type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces including finishing the surfaces even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L preparation new plastered surfaces/ concrete surfaces of walls and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old treated surfaces of walls by washing, rubbing down & stopping of painted surfaces and applying one coat of cement base paint, in any colour complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old treated surfaces of walls by washing, rubbing down & stopping of painted surfaces and applying two coat of cement base paint, of shade as approved complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cleaning and desludging of drains of width not exceeding 0.50 m and depth of debris/sludge not exceeding 450 mm including removing out all debris/earth/building materials/rubbish and bushes from the drain for smooth functining and disposal of debris out of defence land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Cleaning and desludging of drains of width exceeding 0.50 m but n.exc 0.75 m and depth of debris/sludge not exceeding 450 mm including removing out all debris/earth/building materials/rubbish and bushes from the drain for smooth functining and disposal of debris out of defence land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
