REPAIR/ MAINT REPLACEMENT OF STREET LIGHTS / FLOOD LIGHTS, LT POLES AND CONNECTED WORKS UNDER GE CHENNAI

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m in width and 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material / soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay fine sieved excavated dry soil cushioning spreading levelling for cable trenches complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Punned thickness only shall be measured and paid.)

Supply and laying well burnt bricks sub class 'B' in trenches for cable protection of U/G cable complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out the existing PVC/XLPE, 1100 volts grade, LT UG electric cable of size 10 sqmm x 2 core from trenches/ walls (or) passing through pipes/in floor removing the unserviceable fault cable and carefully stacking the serviceable cable for reusing all as specified and directed by the Engr-in- charge Note:- Excavation and Earth work shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items

Taking down the existing mounted LED security lights of gate lights/flood lights/ground lights of any size etc in carrying out repairs including checking luminous replacement of defective spares parts and checking all connection to make the fitting serviceable including replacement of connection while from junction box to fittings and rectifying the same after attending repairs complete all as specified and directed Note : Spare parts required for repairing the lights will be measured and paid seperately under relevenat items

Dismantling and bringing down the existing unserviceble High Mast Light fittings for carrying out repairs by replacing the defective accessories and LED flood light fittings, LED lights and LED Drivers, Aviation Light assy, including control accessories as per existing specifications/range etc., including servicing of hoisting rope, pulley system alongwith servicing to mechanical system, checking of mounting structure including replacement of damage bolts, nuts and washers etc., and rehoisting the existing assy after carrying out necessary repair works to the satifaction of Engr-in-Charge all as directed. Note : - Accessories such as LED Flood lights, drivers will be measured and paid seperatley under relevant items.
