WATER SUPPLY

Taking out defective submersible pump & motor set 6 to 10 stage, 700-900 LPM at 112mtr head of any dia upto 150mm from bore well with the help of chain pulley after disconnecting electrical connections from motor starter, disconnecting the column pipe from supply pipe line, opening each column pipe by unscrewing nut bolt, rubber packing of each column pipe, submersible cable and keeping a side for reuse the number of column pipe to be taken out upto 24-28 Nos. alongwith submersible cable, for repair / replacement of parts to make it fully functional, reassembling the same after repair, lowering/ installation to its original position, electric connection of input/ output electric supply, connecting the column pipe to supply pipe line testing to its full load capacity at least for 4 hours and all other relevant tests including any minor repair, replacement of rubber gasket for column pipe etc. transportation to workshop and vice-versa, complete all as specified and directed .

Dismantling of submersible motor 30 to 40 HP 415 volts 50 Hz 3 phase AC electric supply, taking out the burnt winding of stator, removal of burnt insulation material from the slots, cleaning the stator slots and preparation for rewinding the same and material and labour for winding the stator of motor with PVC insulated copper wire of standard size and superior quality copper winding wire as per the existing gauge including the F class insulation materials, turning, balancing & alignment of rotor etc. to get the proper RPM and torque & tested to its full load capacity complete all as specified and directed Note :- Spare parts required to be replaced shall be measured and paid separately as 'Supply only'.

Material and Labour for Opening of pump set 6 to 10 stage, head for repair and replacement of unserviceable parts, reassembling the same after repair, machining work of impeller housing, remetaling of pump shaft, grinding, scraping, cleaning and balancing the same to make it fully functional at the full load capacity including turning, balancing & alignment of shaft etc. reassembling of complete Pump & Motor set and testing on completion for the entire satisfaction of Engineer – in - Charge all as directed. Note:- Spare parts required to be replaced shall be measured and paid separately as 'Supply only'.

Disconnecting the 3 phase electric motor from the sewage pump set, taking down from the foundation , dismantling the motor, Refixing after carrying out repair /rewinding of motor pump set electrically driven by 3 phase 415volts capacity 5HP refitting the motor at original position , making all electrical connections. Dismantalling the pump, check the alignment, bearing etc. Overhauling the pump by greasing, oiling complete. Testing for proper working complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE:- Repair / spare parts shall be measured & paid for separately

Taking out the burnt winding of stator of submersible/squirrel cage/TFT motor, removal of burnt insulation material from the slots, cleaning the stator slots and preparation for rewinding the same. Material and labour for winding the stator of motor 5HP with PVC insulated copper wire of standard size and superior quality as per the existing turns & gauge including 'F' class insulation materials to get the proper RPM and torque. Turning, balancing & alignment of rotor etc. complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- Repair / spare parts shall be measured & paid for separately.

Draining out water completely from RCC over head Reservoir of capacity 50000 gallons in two parts at 50 feet staging and material and labour for desludging of RCC over head reservoir manually ,cleaning the inner portion of RCC tank by brooming with fine brush ,removing complete silt,sludge,vegetations unwanted foreign materials etc manually under artificial pressure from the tank, filling of cracks with pidilite /Dr fixit non shrink compound suitable to potable water to make tank leak proof. Making a block in Synthetic enamel paint 1mtr in height black base and writing in 100mmx100mm size letters with white synthetic enamel paint, DATE OF TANK CLEANING complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The cleaning of RCC over head water tank will be carried out in every six months.

Excavation & earth work in any type soil for locating the leakage in existing cast iron water mains any type/size 100 mm bore (including all fittings) and rectifying the leakage complete all as specified and directed. Note: Any CI fittings/specials, joint & jointing material etc required for the rectification of leakage shall be measured & paid for separately. Leakage must be done on same day on receiving of complaint telephonically or written otherwise fine of Rs 200/day will be charged.

All as per Serial Item No 44.00 here-in-before but CI pipe of 150mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation & earth work any type soil for locating the leakage in GI pipe lines of size 20/25 mm bore and rectifying the leakage complete all as specified and directed. Note: Cost of all GI fittings/special required deemed to be included in the rate quoted and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.

Supply and fixing in repair DOL starter in sheet steel enclosure suitable for 5 HP Submersible pump set 415 volt 50 Hz complete including Power contactor, over load relay range 7 to 12 Amp, single phase preventer, pre-wired, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for replacement of cast iron Non return sluice valve with flanged ends and jointing materials such as nuts, bolts, washers heavy duty PN-1.6 of size 150mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for providing DI 'D' joint fitting of size 80/100/150 mm as required at site complete all as specified and directed. Note:Earth work will be measured separately.

Supply and lowering MS column pipe confirming to relevant IS heavy duty 3 mtr depth of size 100mm dia with both end flanged /drilled and connecting complete with rubber gasket ,nuts bolts and washer complete all as specified and directed. Note:- 1. unserviceable column pipe shall be deposited to MES store yard or to be taken by contractor at his own arrangement as a credit. 2. Material and labour cast iron fittings for CI pipes in relacement such as bends, Tapers any type ,tee pieces single branch, "Y" junction,double branch, cross,collars, caps and plugs,tail pieces etc of any type and upto 150mm bore complete all as specified & directed.

Material & Labour for cutting cast iron pipes in position for insertion of tee,collar,valven etc of following size. Bore of pipe 80mm.

Note: Joints at both ends of GI pipe and GI strip should be welded.

Material and labour for maintenance of conventional earth pit, repair and plastering of cracked earth pit & cover with cement mortar 1:4 ratio, pouring salt water solution of salt and water ratio 1:3, 5Kg : 15Ltr to bldg earthing, tightening of earth electrode, removing grass around the earth pit, repair/replacement of funnels, Material & Labour of salt water of 5Kg common salt dissolved in 15 ltr water all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Disconnecting from mains and taking out existing unserviceable sealed compressor unit from the split type Air Conditioner of Cap 1.5 Ton, of any make any type from any location and Supply , Installing and testing of new sealed unit compressor along with test certificate from manufacturer including cleaning and removing dust/dirt from the cooling coil condenser coil with necessary modification capillary tube etc & Charging of Gas R-22/R-32/R-410a and commissioning complete all as specified & directed.

Note:- If any minor part/spare is required replacement at site, or any addition / alteration required deemed to be included in quoted unit rate and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.
