Taking down Ceiling fan/Exhaust fan, sealing cable end, dismantling blades and removing fan and blades to store after repair Hanging ceiling fan/Exhaust fan and connecting up including provision of cable from ceiling rose or connector to fan etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Painting of ceiling fan/Exhaust fans complete, in situ with synthetic enamel paint by spraying including filling cavities with filler, one coat after cleaning all dust etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and taking out burnt copper winding from ceiling fan of sweep 1200mm any make, model, type and rewinding the same with new super enameled copper wire of similar gauge and number of turns as exists for full speed, including cleaning and greasing of bearing/bushes, taping, varnishing, heating and replacement of defective parts and reassembling of fan motor and refixing the fan after testing complete to the entire satisfaction of the Engr-in-Charge.
