Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store yard and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles joint free 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular ) area of each tile exc 0.18 Sqm but not exc 0.38 Sqm as in floor of shade & designed as approved by GE,set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement with colour pigment to match the colour of tiles,over and including 15 mm thick bedding layer or screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) in floors etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Glazed ceramic colour tiles joint free in vertical surface350x250x7/ 450x350x 7 mm thick set andjointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match with tiles including 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) backing of wall tiles such as dado/skirting in vertical surface etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : shade & design as approved by GE.

M&L for vitrified tiles 9 to 10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exc 0.42 sqm but not exc 1.00 Sqm in floors, skirting set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) for laying floor finishes having ulta/double charged/HD Vitrified tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Vitrified tiles light shade 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exc 0.36 sqm but n exc 0.42 sqm, in floors, dado , skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 for laying floor finishes and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for chequered tiles of size 300 x 300 x 25 mm thick (colour and glazed approved by EIC) with grey cement and pigments laid over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 bedded and jointed in neat cement slurry, incl dismantling complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Granite 18-20mm thick (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms, wash basin platform and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite incl moulding ,rounding of edgeing and dismantling complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Mirror polishing on marbel/granite/Kota stone/stone work where even required to give high gloss finish complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
