Repair to Almirah steel large (FD-1031) for the following:-
(a) Taking out of broken door shutter from Almirah Large Steel and re-fixing the same existing door shutters in original position with pin type new steel hinges of existing size duly welded as required including denting. All as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and shown on drawing.
(b) Removing the worn out unserviceable handle from the almirah and providing/fixing of new handle chromium plated heavy duty as approved by Engr-in-charge/GE.
(c) Removing the worn out unserviceable lock from almirah and providing /fixing with new lock 6 lever with dublicate key ISI marked with round shape of MS key plate as approved by Engr-in-charge/GE duly fixed as per drawing.
(d) Removing the worn out unserviceable 3 way locking device and providing/fixing the new one in its original position as per drawing.
(e ) Removing the worn out unserviceable leg and providing/ fixing the new leg made out of MS Sheet 1.00 mm thick in its original position duly welded as per drawing.
(f) Taking out of unserviceable wornout shelf and providing the new one of existing size and shape made out of MS sheet 1.00 mm thick all as shown on drawing.
(g) Removing the worn out paint from internal/ external surface of almirah steel large by scraping, necessary preparation of surface for painting duly dented/painted and smoothen the surface by putty and painting the the internal and external surface with two coat of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of primer metal to bring the surface to a glossy shine as directed by Engr-in- charge.

Repair /re-canning of chair easy (FD-229) or removing of existing unserviceable under mentioned members and providing the new one made out of 1st class HW well sesoned (Teak) and fixing the same in its original position as per drawing:-
(a) Front legs
(b) Front rail of seat frame (Hole should be 12.5 mm apart of each other)
(c ) Side rail (Hole should be 12.5 mm apart of each other)
(d) Back rail (Hole should be 12.5 mm apart of each other)
(e ) Arm rest
(f) Remove the existing unserviceable canning and supply and weave with 2 mm thick new white plastic cane oval shape Godrej pattern and beading with 4 mm thick new white plastic can of make Ajay / Premier as approval by GE and providing the new hard rubber shoes on legs below of chair easy.
(g) Preparation of surface by remove of existing polishing mark scratchs from all exposed wooden surfaces to make clean and smooth with required grade of sand paper and finish with polish to bring the surface to require glossy finish and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Repair of Chair CB steel With Arm (FD-75(M)) for the following:-
(a) Removing the worn out paint by scrapping from the steel surface , necessary preparation of surface for painting and welding wherever required , two coat of spray painting with synthetic enamel paint olive green over a coat of metal premier after dent bent portion. Wooden surface would be black polish to required glazed and shine.
(b) Removing the worn out unserviceable seat frame and providing / fixing the new one of existing size made out of 1st class teak wood duly recanning with new plastic paint 2mm thick oval shape for general weaving and 4mm thick plastic cane for breading all around as shown in drawing. Wooden frame should be finish with black polish and fix in its original position with required screw (plastic cane type-I HDPE).
(c ) All as per item 4.02 here-in before but back frame.
(d) Removing the worn out unserviceable handle made out of H.W(T.W) well sesoned and providing/fixing of existing size and shape with required screw after finish with black polish.
Repair of Chair CB steel Without Arm (FD-75(M)) for the following:-
(a) All as per item no. 4.01 here-in-before but for chair CB steel without arm.
(b) All as per item no. 4.02 here-in-before but for chair CB steel without arm.
(c) All as per item no. 4.03 here-in-before but for chair CB steel without arm.
Repair of chair Dinning (FD-229) for the following:-Remove of existing unserviceable under mentioned members and providing the new one made out of 1st class HW well seasoned (Teak Wood) and fixing the same in its, original position all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and shown on drawing.
(i) Front leg, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and shown on drawing.
(ii) Rear leg, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and shown on drawing.
(iii) Front rail of seat frame, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and shown on drawing.
(iv)Side Rail, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and shown on drawing.
(v) Back rail, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and shown on drawing.
(vi) Short stiffener (390x390mm), all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and shown on drawing.
(vii) 75 mm thick, 32 density cushion (Kurlon)
(Viii) Back Rest Batten
Remove the existing unserviceable/broken 12 mm ply seat from chair dinning and supply & fixing the new 12 mm ply seat 4 mm existing size in its original position, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and shown on drawing.
Repair to Locker Steel (FD-1029) for the following:-
(a)Taking out of broken door shutter from Locker steel and re-fixing the same existing door shutters in original position with pin type new steel hinges of existing size duly welded as required including denting, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and shown on drawing.
(b) Removing old broken damaged hasp of locker steel and Supply and fixing new hasp & stapples of size 150mm long chromium plated for the shutters of steel locker complete, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and shown on drawing.

(d) Removing old broken hanging rod of locker steel and Supply and fixing new hanging rod made out of 20mm dia chromium plated pipe of size 500 mm long for locker steel, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and shown on drawing.
(e) Removing the worn out paint from internal/ external surface of Locker Steel by scraping, necessary preparation of surface for painting duly dented/painted and smoothen the surface by putty and painting the the internal and external surface with two coat of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of primer metal to bring the surface to a glossy shine as directed by Engr-in- charge.
Repair to Table Office Officer Steel (FD-1003) for the following:-
(a) Removing old broken damaged top of table officer steel and Supply and fixing new top made out of 18/19mm thick prelaminated particle board one side teak veneered with standard PVC edging all around the top complete, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and shown on drawing.
(b) Removing old unserviceable internal drawer locks from steel table office and Supply and fixing new internal drawer locks 40 mm, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and shown on drawing.
(c ) Removing old unserviceable worn out drawer and providing the new one of existing size and shape made out of MS sheet 1.00 mm thick, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and shown on drawing.
(d) Taking out of unserviceable worn out drawer-shutter and providing the new one of existing size and shape made out of MS short 1.00 mm thick, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and shown on drawing.
(e) Repair of drawer and wron out welding in drawer in its original position in existing size and shape, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and shown on drawing.
(f) Removing old broken unserviceable hard rubber shoes of table office for officer steel and Supply and fixing new hard rubber shoes of approved quality & tightly fitted at the bottom of legs of tabile office officer steel complete, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and shown on drawing.
(g) Removing the worn out paint from internal/ external surface of Table Office Officer Steel by scraping, necessary preparation of surface for painting duly dented/painted and smoothen the surface by putty and painting the the internal and external surface with two coat of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of primer metal to bring the surface to a glossy shine as directed by Engr-in- charge.
Repair to Table office clerk steel (FD-1004) for the following:-
(a) Removing old broken damaged top of table office clerk steel and Supply and fixing new top made out of 18/19mm thick prelaminated particle board one side teak veneered with19x4mm teakwood beading duly french polished all around the top, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and shown on drawing.
(b)Removing old unserviceable internal cupbord/weter locks from table office clerk steel and Supply and fixing new internal locks 400 mm 4 lever with dupicate keys of approve quality, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and shown on drawing.
(c )Taking out of unserviceable worn out drawer and providing the new one of existing size and shape made out of MS sheet 1.00 mm thick, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and shown on drawing.
(d) Repair of drawer and worn out welding in drayer into original position in existing size and shape, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and shown on drawing.
(e) Removing old broken unserviceable rubber shoes of table ofice clerk steel and Supply and fixing new hard rubber shoes of approved quality & tightly fitted at the bottom of legs of table office clerk steel, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and shown on drawing.
(f) Removing the worn out paint from internal/ external surface of Table office clerk steel by scraping, necessary preparation of surface for painting duly dented/painted and smoothen the surface by putty and painting the the internal and external surface with two coat of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of primer metal to bring the surface to a glossy shine as directed by Engr-in- charge.
Repair / re-canning of chair varandah (FD-19(M)/256) as per the following:-
(a) Remove of old caning from the steel frame of chair varandah and making the frame by means of welding wherever required to bring its in original shape, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and shown on drawing.
(b) Removing old broken unserviceable hard rubber soes of chair varandah and Supply and fixing new hard rubber shoes of approved quality & tightly fitted at the bottom of legs of chair varandah complete, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and shown on drawing.
(c ) De-rusting/cleaning the iron frame to smooth surface and painting all steel surface with two coat of synthetic enameled white paint over a coat of red oxide primer to bring the surface with glossy finish and re-caning the same with 4mm white plastic cane make-Ajoy/Primer oval shape as approved by GE as per drawing and providing the new rubber shoe complete, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and shown on drawing.
Repair to Charpoy Hard Top MAP (FD/MAP-II/01) for the following:-
(a) Remove the existing unserviceable ply wood from charpoy with ply and fixing the frame to its original position by tightening etc and supply & fixing with new ply wood 12mm thick, commercial, BWR Grade (IS-303) of existing shape & size, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and shown on drawing.
(b) All as per item No 11.01 here-in-before but for charpoy Hard Top, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and shown on drawing.
Repair to Table dining 6 Pers (FD/MAP-II/03) for the following:-
(a) Removing old broken damaged top of table dining OR and Supply and fixing new top made out of 18/19mm thick prelaminated particle board one side teak veneered phenol formal dehyde exerior grade with 19x4mm teakwood beading fixed with headless nails all around the top. Top will be covered with Aluminium Sheet 20 gauge, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and shown on drawing.
(b) Removing old & unserviceable legs of table dinning 6 pers & Supply and fixing new legs of size 750x45x90mm made out of 1st class well seasoned teakwood duly fixing PVC rubber shoes at the bottom of legs with mild steel screws complete, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and shown on drawing.
(c ) Taking out old & unserviceable long rail and Supply and fixing new leg rail of size 1500x45x90mm made out of 1st class well seasoned teakwood complete, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and shown on drawing.
(d) All as per item No 12.02 here-in-before but short top rail of size 900x45x90mm, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and shown on drawing.
(e) Removing old & unserviceable MS right angle from the corner of table dining 6pers and providing and fixing new one of size 150x30x5mm with mild steel screws complete, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and shown on drawing.
Repair of Table Writing (FD-275) for the following:-
(a) Remove the old top and providing the new top made out of 18mm particle board one side laminated exterior grade with 4mm teak wood beading all around and fixing the same on top of table writing in its original position as per drawing, and providing new hard rubber/PVC/Nylon shoes to the bottom of legs, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
(b) Taking out old unserviceable sides of table writing and Supply and fixing new sides made out of 19mm prelaminated particle board one side teak veneered complete, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and shown on drawing.
(c ) Removing of old unserviceable shutters of table writing and Supply and fixing new shutter made out of 19mm thick prelaminated particle board one side teak veneered bonded with phenol formaldehyde exterior gde including fixing of new or old serviceable hinges 50mm MS medium wt complete, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and shown on drawing.
(d) Taking out old & unserviceable drawers from table writing and Supply and fixing new drawers made out of prelaminated particle board & 1st class well seasoned teakwood for sides & 6mm thick commercial plywood for bottom of drawers complete, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and shown on drawing.
(e) Removing of unserviceable MS hinges from shutters and Supply and fixing MS butt hinges 50mm medium wt cold roller mild steel, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and shown on drawing.
(f) Removing of unserviceable knobs from shutters & drawers of table writing and supply & fix new 35mm round brass knob of approved quality complete, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and shown on drawing.
(g) Taking out old & unserviceable plywood back of table writing & Supply and fixing new 6mm thick 5 plywood commercial BWR gde type BB fixed with 20mm mild steel screws complete all as directed & shown on drawing.
(h)Taking out old unserviceable long legs of table writing and Supply and fixing new long legs made out of 1st class teak wood complete, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and shown on drawing.
(j) All as item No 13.08 mentioned here-in-before but short legs of table writing, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and shown on drawing.
(k) Remove the old existing long stiffener of table writing and Supply and fixing new long stiffner made out of 1st class well seasoned teak wood of existing shape & size and making functional, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and shown on drawing.
(l) All as per item No 13.10 mentioned here-in-before but short stiffners of table writing, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and shown on drawing.
Repair of Sofa Set 3/5 seater (FD-281) for the following:-
(a) Removing of old worn out unserviceable bottom wnd bearers of sofa set 3/5 seater and providing/fixing new one made of teak wood seasoned in existing shape and size, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and shown on drawing.
(b) Remove the existing unserviceable sofa cushion from sofa set 5 seater and supply and fixing the new cushion 100 mm thick 40 density of size 530x560 mm coverd with new tapestry cloth duly sitched, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and shown on drawing. Make - kurlon/sleep well
(c ) All as per item 14.02 here in before but for sofa set 3 seater, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and shown on drawing.
Repair to Sofa Set 2 Seater (FD-281) for the following:-
(a) Removing of old worn out unserviceable front leg of sofa set 2 seater and providing/fixing new one made of teak wood seasoned in existing shape, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and shown on drawing.
(b) Removing of old worn out unserviceable rear leag of sofa set 2 seater and providing/fixing new one made of teak wood seasoned in existing shape, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and shown on drawing.
(c ) Removing of old worn out unserviceable front rail of sofa set 2 seater and providing/fixing new one made of teak wood seasoned in existing shape, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and shown on drawing.

(b) Removing of unserviceable sides of rack steel and Supply and fixing new sides made of 1 mm thick MS sheet in its original position as per drawing & making functional, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and shown on drawing.

Repair of Table 900x600mm with drawer (FD-1008) for the following:- Removing old unserviceable following components of table 900x600xmm with or without drawer & Supply and fixing with new components made out of 1st class well seasoned teakwood free from knots,cracks,sapwood etc, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and shown on drawing.
(i) Legs (Size 740x60x30mm), all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and shown on drawing.
(ii) Long rails (740x25x65mm), all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and shown on drawing.
(iii) Short rails (440x25x65mm), all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and shown on drawing.
(c ) Removing old unserviceable worn out drawer and providing the new one of existing size and shape made out of MS sheet 1.00 mm thick, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and shown on drawing.
Remove the old top and providing the new top made out of 18mm partical board one side laminated exteroir gread with 4 mm teak wood bracing all around and fixing the same on table in its original position as per drawing and poviding new hard rubber/PVC/Nylon shoes to the bottom of legs.Size of particle board shall be 900x600mm, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and shown on drawing.
Taking out of unserviceable worn out drawer-shutter and providing the new one of existing size and shape made out of MS shrrt 1.00 mm thick, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and shown on drawing.
Repair of drawer and wron out welding in drawer in its original position existing size and shape, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and shown on drawing.
Repair to Charpoy GI pipe with ply top (FD-220) for the following:-
(a) Remove the existing unserviceable ply wood from Charpoy GI Pipe and making the frame to its original position by tightening etc and supply & fixing with new ply wood 12mm thick, commercial, BWR Grade (IS-303) of existing shape, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and shown on drawing.
(b) Removing the unserviceable/broken check nuts from GI Charpoy & Supply and fixing 6mm thick GI medium grade check nuts suitable for 32mm dia GI pipe, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and shown on drawing. (Each check nut will be measured as single unit)
(c ) Removing the unserviceable broken 3 way GI elbow from GI charpoy and Supply and fixing 32mm dia GI medium grade 3 way elbow ISI marked all as specified, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and shown on drawing. (Each GI Elbow be measured as single unit)
(d) Removing the existing unserviceable/broken long rail from GI charpoy and Supply and fixing new long rail of GI tubing 32mm including cutting threading and bringing the GI charpoy into the original shape, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and shown on drawing. (Make : TATA/JINDAL)
(e) Removing of the existing unserviceable/broken short rail, making short rails from broken long rails obtained from item No 18.04 above and fixing, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and shown on drawing.
(f) Making legs out of unserviceable long/short rails obtained from item 18.04 and 18.05 above including cutting, threading and fixing, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and shown on drawing.
Repair to Table 900x600x760mm Steel (FD-1007) for the following:-
(a) Removing old broken damaged top of table 900x600x760 mm steel and Supply and fixing new top made out of 18/19mm thick prelaminated particle board one side teak veneered phenol formal dehyde exterior grade with 19x4mm teakwood beading fixed with headless nails all around the top, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and shown on drawing.
(b) Removing the existing steel long rail from Table 900 x 600 x 760 mm and Supply and fixing new steel long rail of size : 25mm x 25mm x 1.6mm thick, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and shown on drawing.
(c ) Removing the existing MS legs from Table 900x600x760 mm and Supply and fixing new long made out of 25mm x 25mm x MS tube 1.6mm aeli thickness, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and shown on drawing.
(d) Removing the existing stiffner bottom and Supply and fixing new stiffner bottom made out of 25mm x 25mm, MS tube of 1.6mm wall thickness, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and shown on drawing.
(e) Remove the existing short stiffner and Supply and fixing new short stiffner made out of 25mm x 25mm, MS tube of 1.6mm wall thickness All as directed by Engr-in-Charge and shown on drawing.
(f) Remove the existing unserviceable shoes from Table 900x600x760mm and Supply and fixing new PVC shoes suitable for 25x2mm MS tube, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and shown on drawing.
(g) Material and labour for removing the existing worn out paint from table 900x600x760mm and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (black) over a coat of primer, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and shown on drawing.
Repair to Table Marble top for the following:-
Replace the unserviceable marble top with new 20 mm thick marble with nosing Exc 0.6 Sqm but not exc 1.2 Sqm, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Repair to Chair Writing Steel (FD-280) for the following:- Replace the following parts of chair writing steel as shown in drawing and directed by Engr-in-Charge
(a) Seat shall be 12mm thick hot pressed plywood upholstered with febric and moulded polyurethens foam with PVC lipping all round. The polyurethene foam shall be 50mm thick and shall be moulded with density 50-55 kg per cubic meter thick and hardness 20kg on humpden machine, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and shown on drawing.
(b) Back shall be 12mm thick hot pressed plywood upholstered with febric and moulded polyurethene foam with PVC lipping all round. The polyurethene form shall be 50mm thick and shall be moulded with density 50-55kg per cubic meter thick and hardness 20kg on humpden machine, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and shown on drawing.
(c ) Hand rest shall be made of black integral skin polyurethene with 75-85 shore 'A' Hardness & Reinforced with MS insrest. It sahll be scratch and wheather resistant size 210mm (inner) and 230mm (outer), all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and shown on drawing.
