Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 4 X 35 sq. mm (32mm)

Supply of XLPE insulated & PVC sheathed armoured aluninum power cable of 1.1KV grade confirming to IS 7098 part 1, with upto date amemdments complete as required. 4X35 Sq.mm size with galvanised steel round wire armour.

Supply of following sizes of Esna connector kit of 5 KV grade suitable for AFL cables. For 6 Sqmm AFL cable

Supply of Medium intensity elevated type omni directional LED Taxiway Edge Light fittings with all accessaries including blue outer lens, CI base plate, Electronic converter, Gasket etc complete complying as per ICAO standards and attached specifications (AMA ALED or equivalent)

Supply of Cylindrical Cast Iron transformer housing box with machined top of size 330mm outer dia and 400mm long having 216mm dia clear hole on top with six numbers tapped holes for 3/8" X 1" size cadmium plated threaded bols including providing 2 no's collars for 40mm dia GI pipe entry as per drawing, painting the box with anti corrossive red oxide and two coats of black enamel etc. as required. (6 no's)

Supply of following sizes of isolating transformers of 5 KV grade. 15W, 6.6/6.6 amps suitable for Taxi way LED type fittings.

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. in the existing trench, complete as required. 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal)

Installation of cylindrical type cast iron transformer housing boxes in soft soil by providing 1500mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 Sand : 4 graded stone 20mm size) around and bottom of the CI boxes after making suitable pit etc. as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required. Upto 35 sq. mm

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

ITC: I/T/C of AFL fittings on the existing transformer housing with 3/8"X1" cadmium plated bolts and spring washer i/c making earth connection with the fitting using lugs, correction with departmentally supplied isolated transformer after providing connection with departmentally supplied Esna connector and 1X6 sqmm AFL cable, etc as required.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Internally Illuminated LED based operational guidance signages of various sizes complying with the latest ICAO standards, made out of 4mm thick glare free poly carbonate sheet at front and body made out of 2mm thick powder coated aluminium profile, supported at back by 50mm dia (Nominal size) die cast aluminium / GI pipe at a seperation as required, frangible coupling and base plate/flanges. All the signage shall have letters and symbols made by computerised cutting of vinyl and pasting on the polycarbonate sheet from inside/outside of the sign face of required colour as per ICAO standards. The boards shall be internally illuminated with high luminous, long life LED's with proper heat dissipation mechanism. All the accessories shall be suitable for operation on series circuit at variable current from 2.8A - 6.6A and shall give constant brightness for all current variation. Boards shall be complete with cement concrete foundation of 1:2:4 for mounting legs and cement concrete hard stand of 1:3:6 around the sign board of size & thickness as per specifications, foundation bolt/anchor fasteners, required length of 2X4 Sqmm copper conductor secondary lead cable with male connector protected with PVC medium duty pipe from CI box upto sign board, connections with series cable, secondary leads and departmentally supplied isolating transformers etc complete as per technical specifications and as required. a) 1200mm (L) X 600mm(W) X 200 mm (D) - 2 no's (2.2 sqm)

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

SITC OF 20M HIGH MAST LIGHTING SYSTEM: Supply of 20M high mast shaft in three sections suitable for wind speed as per IS 875, with raising lowering system comprising, head frame, luminaries carriage suitable to install 9nos luminaries in symmetrical arrangement, double drum winch, 6mm diameter SS wire rope, trailing cable, connector, integral power tool motor, manual handle, junction box, lightening finial. (Wiring material from JB to individual luminaire & MCB in base compartment are not included and are a part of installation).Top 150 mm and bottom 410 mm dia

Supply of foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plate and common template.

Supply of outdoor stand mounted feeder pillar with 63A TPN MCB incomer, Double dial time switch, 45A TP contactor for the automatic switching of luminaries, power tool control with 2 no 9A contactors and raise lower push button, Incoming 35 sq. mm and out going 16 & 2.5 sq. mm terminals..

Erection: Construction of shallow foundation with M20 grade concrete for the highmast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10 T/sqmtr at 2 metre depth with all materials and labour.

Erection of the high mast with the help of suitable tools and plants, wiring of luminaires with all wiring materials like PVC insulated PVC sheathed flexible cable of suitable copper conductor cores of 1.5 sq. mm, lugs, MCB and all labour.

Installation of the mast feeder pillar by grouting the stand in concrete.

Earthing with G.l. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2. 7 meter long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.
