Taking down chowkat or frames with shutter (without taking off shutters from the frames) n.exc 1.5 Sqm including iron mongery and cutting holes for hold fasts & making good complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkat or frame with shutters area exc 1.5 Sqm but not exc 4 Sqm each (without taking off the shutters from the frame) including iron mongery and cutting holes for hold fasts & making good complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down shutters of any description area exc 1 Sqm and n.exc 2 Sqm each,complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing of shutters of any description exceeding 1 sqm but not exceeding 2 sqm each in same or other opening(s) after resecuring or easing & adjusting, including taking down shutter from chowkat or frame complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 65 x 125 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade),calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg./ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2 modules of elasticity 900 N/ mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/ borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note:For WPC solid door/ window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile ditnensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

S&F Factory Made Solid PVC Moulded Door Shutters with particle board core 28 to 30 mm thick (stile:), with 2,4 or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick Moulded PVC Sheet on the front Face & 2mm Plain colour PVC sheet on back face & fixing in frame at site as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pressed steel frame for door with one or more rebates size 125x60mm including necessary fixing lugs, lock striking plates,hinges,hold fast etc. complete size /profile of frame as per IS all as specified and directed.

S&F Pressed steel frames size 105 x 60mm for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, hold fast etc. complete size /profile of frame as per IS complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing cement concrete type C-0, 1:3:6 (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in filling of pressed steel door frames/ fixing of Holdfast complete all as specified and direcetd.
