Dismantling Cement Concrete or brick or granolithic floors, including base concrete and including stacking of dismantled materials as directed by the Engineer-in-charge with in a distance of 60 metres (200ft.)

Providing & laying plain cement concrete 1:4:8 with cement, coarse sand & 40 mm gauge brick ballast including all materail, labour & T&P etc.

Class M-150 brick work in 1:6 cement coarse sand (of 2.25 fineness modulus) mortar in foundation & plinth including supply of all materials, labour, tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.

12 mm cement plaster in single coat on fair side of single/ both side or half brick wall for exterior/ exterior plastering up to floor two level including internal rounded angles chamfers, and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth no extra for mixing any additive. (1)1 cement : 4 coarse sand (a) Providing and fixing water proofing materials in cement mortar for plastering or in concrete work in the proportion recommended by the manufacturer.

Centering and Shuttering for RCC work including rent of shuttering,material,labour and T&P required for proper complition of work for slab and wall etc.

Providing & laying plain cement concrete 1:1.5:3 with cement, coarse sand & 20 mm gauge stone grit including all materail, labour & T&P etc.
