M&L for repair to chajja, facias,balconeis, roof/parapet projections with 15mm thick in cement plaster mortar 1:3 at any height of building including necessary arrangment like scaffolding and safty precautions etccomplete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note : Contractor shall be responsible for any accident, mishap, damage to life and material and insurance of workmen etc).

M&L for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces using spray gun complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L perparation of old decorated plastered surfaces of wall and cornics by complete removal of existing treatment by applying water and scrapping of entire thickness of existing treatment with using steel scraper and thereafter applying applying two coat of oil bound distemper over and including wall care putty to achieve smooth finish over a coat of appropriate primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. M&L for replacement of earthing with galvanized iron earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm, 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically in a earth pit not less than 2.25mtr below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level connected to GI earth wire 4mm dia by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers (earth plate covered with alternate layers of charcoal dust and common salt 15cm thick), GI earth wire protected by GI pipe light grade 15 mm dia upto switch board and connected to main switch board including provision of GI pipe 20 mm dia light grade watering pipe with funnel and wire mesh, all as shown in Electrical Plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I, including PCC chamber (1:3:6) using 20mm graded stone aggregate and CI cover and frame including all necessary excavation and earth work and taking out old earthing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
