REPAIRS RENEWAL OF APFC PANELS, LT FEEDER PILLERS, LT SWITCH GEARS AND ALLIED WORKS AT DIV UNIT AREAS, ASSAY LINES, MAP JCO/OR ACCN, MEDOWS LINE, THIMMAIAH LINE, ROBERT ROAD, ROBERT LINE, ASHA COLONY, BSO NORTH AND ADJOINING AREA UNDER AGE EM II OF

Repair/maintenance, excluding major spares but including regular maintenance of the Automatic Power factor correction panel capacity up to 200 KVARs and up to 12 stages installed at various locations at Garden cell area including carrying out complete maintenance/repairs as required of all the sub systems viz. based control panels, feeder pillar, APFC relay, Power capacitor bank, Power contactors, Control wiring, Monitoring CT, MCBs/MCCBs for isolation (with all the accessories) any breakdown maintenance and replacement of unserviceable parts, refixing of old serviceable parts/new parts if any project completion and troubleshooting responsibility also lies with contractor including following provisions complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) Rate quoted by tenderer is deemed to be inclusive of checking of system fortnightly, replacement of defective control wiring, small part such as Push button, lugs any auxiliary contatct, auto selector switch etc and necessary servicing repair by expert technician and register will be maintained for the same. (ii) The scope of work includes the labour charges required for removing, repairing, refixing, carrying out electrical termination, capacitors bank, APFC relay, power contactor, control CT, MCBs/MCCB and fixing/installing/testing and commissioning the complete system. (iii) capacitors bank, APFC relay, power contactor, control CT, MCBs/MCCB shall be measured and paid separately

Supply and fix power contactor suitable size having capacity of rated Amps 4 pole 2NO+2NC complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of power factor correction capacitor, 5 KVAR, heavy duty 440 volts 50 Hz complete including taking down old unserviceable capacitor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of capacitor duty contactor suitable for rating 5 kvar, 50Hz, 440v, 3-ph, 3-pole in existing panel including necessary wiring & misc. accessories for satisfactory completion of job taking down old unserviceable one complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
