Construction of partial crust of 9.00 M and 12.00 M wide internal Road (Non-Bituminous) and general earth filling in Sector-1C in Bhumi Vikas, Grih Sthan Evam Bazar Yojna (GFT) Ayodhya.

Setting out of internal roads (9.00 M & 12.00 M wide) layout as per approved layout plan by means of digital/Electronics survey equipments such as theodolite , level machine , DGPS & other required with accuracy & Dag belling 15 cm (6") deep in one line aligned with flags and jhandis as directed by Engineer in incharge for permanent demarcation of Road on the ground. Scope of work also includes supply of all material, labour, T&P etc required for the proper completion of the work.

Cleaning jungle including uprooting vegetations grass, bush, wood trees and saplings of grith upto 30 cm, measured at a height of 1 meter above ground level & removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 meter out side the periphery of area cleared as per direction of E/I.

Cutting, breaking of lumps, loading, transporting, unloading and filling the earth to line & level for making embankment for Internal roads (9.00 M &12.00 M wide ). The earth to be supplied by the contractor from out side the scheme area. Scope of work also includes supply of all material, labour, T&P etc required for the proper completion of work, true to line & level in layer of thickness not more than 200 mm including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes. Each layer to be thoroughly compacted by machenical means. Necessary watering including water charges is also included in the scope of work. The compaction shall have to be achieved at least 95% of proctor density in carraige way portion of the road.

Filling of carted earth in low land pocket from 8 km distance including loading, transporting and unloading. The scope of work also includes ramming and watering of earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm for proper compaction. The work executed as per direction of engineer in charge complete.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting available soil in the sub-grade on a prepared surface, pulverising, mixing the spread soil in place with rotavator and soil stablizer with 5% slaked lime and 4% ordinary portland cement(opc) having minimum content of 70% of CaO, grading with motor grader and compacting with the road roller at OMC to the desired density (as per IRC 37-2018 & Mort&H specification) to form a layer of improved sub grade.The thickness of Subgrade shall not be less than 300 mm. The rate includes supply of all material, labour, T&P etc required for the proper completion of the work in line with IRC & Mort&H specification. The work is to be carried out in layers as prescribed in IRC/Mort&H specification.

Providing, laying, spreading & compacting of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with front end roller/rotavator at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per direction & satisfaction of E/I. The rate includes supply of all material, labour T&P etc required for proper completion of the work in line with IRC & Mort&H specification. (Close graded Granular sub-base Material as per table 400-1)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per direction & satisfaction of E/I. The rate includes supply of all material, labour T&P etc required for proper completion of the work in line with IRC & Mort&H specification.
