WBM G-2 Providing and laying spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification incluidng spreading in uniform thickness hand packing rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to the required dencity as per MORD technical specification clause 405

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen (VG-10) using bitumen pressure distributor @ 0.30 kg/sqm on the prepared bituminous surfaces as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness, composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates and using Bitumen VG-10, to required line, grade and leval to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat as per Technical Specification Clause 508.

Providing and laying seal coat type C, composed of as chipping of 6.7mm size passing 100% passing 9.5 mm sieve and retained on 2.36 mm sieve and VG-10 Bitumen, to seal the voids in a bitumenous surface, including its mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller, finished to required level, grades and cross fall, as per Technical Specification Clause 508.
