Dismantling wrought iron or MS work of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone / bounder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins arches, pillars etc. but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast articles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster or lime on brick or stone walls, etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F framed work as in doors or gates of angles or other section with gusset plates rails brace's etc. drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering door etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings with steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides and hanging, also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F butt hinges medium weight, cold rolled mild steel 100 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F mild steel sliding door bolts, plate type stove enameled black with bright bolt not less than 12 mm dia with and including a minimum of 6 bolts and nuts, four on bolt plate and two on staple plate of 375 mm long complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on steel surfaces over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F welded steel wire fabric exceeding 4 Kgs/Sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) Type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, bed block for holdfast etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces and applying two coats of Cement Base Paint of approved tint on newly plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new undecorated surfaces and apply three coats of white wash on wall complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for washing the bore with compressed air (Pressure not less than 250 PSI & 400 Cubic feet per min capacity) to improve porosity and taking out all the sedimentation silt, deposited at a distance exceeding 50 m complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation of soil/mud from the rain water harvesting pits/drain and getting out from any depth of any type of soil and removal and spreading of excavated material from the site within the MoD land where directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for fine sand (Badarpur) spreaded and leveled in layers not exceeding 15 cm in rain water harvesting complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for loose filling with aggregates of gauge 40 to 80 mm broken stone or boulders in soakage pits, soakage wells complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Cutting of bushes, weeds, vegetator etc are thrown away all the waste to a distance exceeding 250 mtr from oxidator pond complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for removing silt/soil, any description from strom drain of any size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L in replacement for pre cast perforated RCC drain cover with frame (rectangular or square) the area of each cover should not be more than 0.5 square mtr and thickness of 60mm each with holes manufactured with M-30 grade of concrete by Vibro Compaction process using accurately designed molds and as suitable reinforced to enable the covers to take load as specified i.e 20 MT for Heavy duty (when tested as per IS-12592) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type and any position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Galvanised steel concertina coil of 600mm spiral dia wire with 2.5mm (coil not less than 8 Kg and stretched 5 to 6m) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F chain link fencing wire of 3.25 mm dia galvanised steel wire 100 mm x 100 mm mesh as in chain link fencing including nibs, clamps, nuts & bolts, straining bolts, FI strap under fencing, welding etc and laid/fixed in position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F mild steel 10 mm round or square bar Fe-410W (gde E-250) quality 'A' in available length complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling posts/struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section including taking out embedded portion from concrete/brick masonry etc and making good the disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F mild steel fencing post and struts, channel, angle or tee sections, fixed independently without connecting plates etc cut to ordinary lengths complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
