New Construction of Chawarkhas to chhikrapur Link Road In Distt. Shahjahanpur Fin Year 2025-26

Excavation for roadway in soil using manual means for carrying of cut earth to embenkment site with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto 50 m as per technical specification clause 302.3

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2 with 45 -63 mm stone ballast as per Technical Specification Clause 405)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 with 22.4 - 53 mm stone ballast as per Technical Specification Clause 405)

Brick edging on both sides of the road of first class bricks 8 cm (3") wide and 12 cm. 4½"deep laid with mud mortar including labour and supply of. bricks finished to required template and proper alignment and also including dressing and ramming the excavated earth as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. As Per SI No.-765

Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-2) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at rate of 0.70Kg/Sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen (VG-10) using Bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of Type as per Technical Specification Clause 508)

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510.

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads transporting to site spreading grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table 300.2

Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections, and transporting to the embankment location with a lift upto 1.5 m as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in 1:3:6 open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203

Brick masonry work in 1:3 cement mortar in foundation complete excluding pointing and plastering as per drawing and technical specifications Clauses 600, 1202 & 1203

Supply & laying of compacted 40 mm gauge brick ballast around and below hume pipe with proper compaction. As per S.I. No.-Chapter-1 SL 2(i)

Pointing with cement mortar (1:3) on brick work as per drawing and technical specification Clauses 613.3 and 1204

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in 1:2:4 open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete 1000 mm pipe NP3 for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in Single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection works, backfilling, concrete and masonry works in head walls and parapets as per Clause 1106.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete 600 mm pipe NP3 for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in Single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection works, backfilling, concrete and masonry works in head walls and parapets as per Clause 1106.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete 350 mm dia pipe NP3 for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in Single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection works, backfilling, concrete and masonry works in head walls and parapets as per Clause 1106.

Providing & fixing Sign board Km Stone, Hectometer Stone etc complete.
